Easy to use and nice being able to view files. Great value for the price

Using this with a windows 10 desktop, plugged it in , and it worked great,no issues so far, copied files from a 1tb hdd, to and from the main unit. No issues

I bought this specifically to erase hard drives and solid state drives. I put in up to 2 drives, and can erase them all at the same time. The drives are easy to recognize in the computer. I also use them to transfer data from one drive to another. Since it is USB 3 the process is very fast. Another great feature is that you can safely eject each drive separately. So if you have multiple drives in it, and you just want to swap out one of them, you can safely eject that one and the others stay online.

Excellent product for checking hard drives (sata) and transferring data to/from. It's usb 3.0 so transfers are fast. I like it so much I have one on both my desktop computers.

I upgraded my old drive and wanted to save the old drive to transfer info additional drives. One simply plugs a drive into one of the slots, turns the device. You will need to plug it to your computer via a USB connection. It worked well for me and there is always the possibility of cloning to a new drive with the purchase of additional software. It is made of plastic, so I am not certain how durable the device will be long term, but for now operates as described.

When I replaced internal hard drives. I kept them in a box. When I found this device, oh my goodness! I have since repurposed the older drives as portable drives for extra storage. This is a great tool!

Handy for data recovery from failed computers as long as drive itself is functional. Also gret for mirroring working drives to make an offline backup for future failures.

no drivers needed tested in windows and linux. Speeds appear great so far only tested with small ssd and 3tb drives but has already saved me much headache recovering data. For the price would expect cloning or USB C but works great

Great HDD dock. Currently using this with Arch Linux - connected and works with no issues. I've used this with 2.5 and 3.5 inch HDDs.

Use this for extra internal drives to make the external storage. Just plug in power supply and add drives to slots and plug in usb to computer and drives will appear in windows 10 under my computer ready for use.

Had a bunch of HDDs that I needed to retrieve info from, and I have cables that will do that. But this is so much simpler!!! Just drop it in and you are ready to go. Only wish is that it had an adapter for older IDE HDDs, but, oh well...

Works with botg SSD and HDD. Helped me diagnose issue and save money rather than rebuilding.

My WD External hard drive was not being recognized by my computer. After some research it was the power board in the case of the hard drive. Took the hard drive out of the case and placed in the docking station and all data was recovered
