Plugged in two drives from a dead computer, one SSD and one desktop drive. Both came right up. This dock has a power switch and needs to be plugged into an outlet to work.

Had an older hard drive i needed info off of. This was a lifesaver! Plugged it in to power and USB and Windows recognized it immediately. Was able to pull the info I needed off of it and back it up to a portable USB drive.

I was truly surprised after hooking up this HDD docking station. It was only this version and another smaller HDD enclosure available in the store. I took this one (the other was for 2.5 HDD's) I needed it for my 5TB HDD.

This worked great for what I needed. I needed to save my laptop hard drive (out of a dead laptop) to my desktop computer. It was easy to do with this.

Bought a new computer and only had one HDD slide. I run three HD for the computer. one for the operations, one for movies and one for all the music. This comes in handy and there is a switch for off and on .

Did exactly what in needed it to do, however size wasn’t very practical for my application. Nothing wrong with the device itself and it functioned as intended and needed.

Simple to set up and use. We have a lot of older and non-functional workstations that weren't archived or erased. This allows us to retain necessary information and erase the rest.

If you need to get data off a failed computer and the hard drive is still working you need this. You could also have 2 hard drives in the device at once and copy between the 2. Time saver and easy to use.

Easy to use worked just as described and very intuitive for non tech person to use, allowed me to recover critical information from and all in one computer where the display quit without warning.
