It was easy to set up - "Plug & Play" technology. It really helped me out of a huge bind when my computer went on the brink and I thought all my data was lost. Totally worth it....Best Buy Sales Associate in Huntington Beach was the best and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Rare to find great customer service these days. Thanks Best Buy H.B.

Bought this to see if I could get her files and photos off to transfer to another computer. It worked flawlessly. Everything recovered and she’s happy, too! Bonus!

No complaints except when removing the drives. Pressing the release button is a bit tough. So, you need to be ready to catch the drives or will pop out and fall over.

For some reason, windows wanted to format the hard drive, but an old laptop with linux could access it. It may require some additional software to work with windows.

Was able to save data off old hard drive from dead PC. USB3.0 made file transfer quick. Included power supply so no worry how to power the drives over USB.
