Got this for $10 on a deal of the day. Easy set up on my 2012 LG. Not confusing to use and big numbers. Didn't give 5 stars cause it didn't come with AAA batteries.

Good size numbers. Fairly easy to set up. Easy to use.

Bought this controller because buttons were clear and large enough for my elderly parents, however it is only 2 device so I couldn’t use it for the TV, Cable, and DVD player. If you need a simple controller that is easy to use or see and only need to control 2 devices then this one is good.

I got it to replace the remote my insignia TV came with. Programmed the TV to it first, everything worked great. Programmed a receiver and then it stopped allowing me to use certain buttons on the TV side like numbers, etc. tried pulling batteries and pressing all the buttons and everything the internet said to reset the remote and nothing worked. Just exchanged it for another one and only programmed it for my tv. It doesn't let you switch devices your controlling manually. The top device buttons are for power only. It tries to be smart and automatically guess which device you're trying to control and that makes it more of a pain to use. Other than that, it looks and feels good in your hands.

I bought it as a substitute for my Samsung remote which was told very costly to replace, also my wife does not like it so i wanted to get her something easier for her to handle, this remote is it, great price and does what it say it will do. easy programming

Works perfectly with my 32 inch,1080p, sharp tv. My 11yr old completed the setup in 5 mins. It would cost me 10 dollars plus shipping, if i had to buy the original remote. I bought this for 6 dollars and picked up at local best buy store near my home . I have not tried with the second device yet. Hopefully it works without any issues.

This remote is easy to program. There seems to be half the problem when you buy a universal remote – – they are often impossible to program. It took me less than five minutes

I had such minimum requirements for a remote. Two devices. Everything out there is so needlessly complicated. Then there's this. Simple, buttons feel great, does what I need and nothing I don't. It's great.

I used with my Visio TV. After following the instructions it works great . Before using this remote You have to program this remote according to your brand . This instructions included with remote and it's easy to set up.

I have a Dynex brand LCD tv that no longer has the original remote control. I purchased this Insignia remote control open-box and followed the instruction booklet on pairing the remote to my Dynex tv. The first try did not work, but I tried again using the other pairing methods suggested in the instruction booklet and it works! All the buttons work and I am able to get full function out of that TV again.

Purchased this remote on a Best Buy Deal of the Day for $10.00. Great investment for my outside bar TV. Easy to sync with my very basic LG in just minutes and performs every function as the OE unit.

I’ve had this remote almost a year and no problems what so ever. It was easy to connect to my insignia brand tv and has been working since. The instructions given were easy to follow and haven’t had to reconnect when switching out the batteries. It has stayed connected since it’s initial setup. I only use it for the TV so cannot speak on other features such as connecting to a cable boxing or anything of that nature. It’s almost reaching a year of owning and I think the remote will last for as long as I have the TV if not longer.

Our insignia TV remote stopped working, and a worker suggested us to try this cheap replacement. Luckily we did because it does what I need it to without having to get a more expensive alternative. The set-up was pretty simple by following the steps listed in the provided sheet. This is primarily used to just turn on and off the TV used as a computer monitor which has a laptop connected to it via HDMI. I haven't used it for any of the other functions like previous reviewers below listed, but it works well for what I need it do.

I just needed a simple 2 device remote. It worked with my Apex TV, (the store said they didn't have a universal remote for Apex). I bought an Insignia TV and no surprise the remote works great with it. Easy setup, only downside is it's a 2 device remote, but that's all I needed. Only real complaint is I prefer the numbers be in the palm, not at the top of the remote.

Amazing remote for the price!! It took only a few minutes ti get up for our TV. I have actually purchased 2 of these units.

This was an emergency buy and it was a good one. This remote was really to pair with out TV, all the features work with our Samsung TV.
