This fit the bill, and the bonus USB port is decent, it's not a fast charge, but can be handy if you just need a basic charge.

Something to note: you can note put two of these power strips in one outlet. The way the cords lay they hit each other. I had a thin wall adapter tap that I put in the plugin spot that wasn't being used and this allowed it to stick out just enough to where I could then put the second power cord strip I purchased from here in the same wall outlet. Just a tip if you are needed both power strips to by in the same outlet like me.

Great extension and access for ports behind a desk

Love the add on with the usb port, i was able to put a long usb cord to the top of my desk giving me an additional connection to charge my phone with out having to use the outlets directly.

I needed a power strip to be put behind by TV so I used command strips to hold this in place and can plug in devices that need an outlet but this way it is out of the way and out of sight.
