good product cabinet a bit smaller than I imagined. Like no handle design, adequately fits space, runs quietly, like self closing doors lessens fingerprints, like pause if needs the door open longer, perfect LED lighting top and bottom, can adjust shelves to your needs, with help of customer service I feel it is a product that will meet all that is needed in refrigeration

Took this as my secondary refrigerator and it looks great in my Garage. Sleek and shiny design and the noise is low as well. Cooling is great and you can move this around on the floor easily. I hope this Bestbuy brand fridge lives up to my expectation.

Sleek and practical refrigerator! It's bigger, quieter (silent), and much nicer than our last fridge! This is my first stainless steel fridge and I'm very satisfied with my purchase. The delivery and install men were very kind and punctual. Much cheaper to get it delivered and installed than just getting it delivered!

Good value for money. After 6 months it started making intermittent noises and support has been difficult to get. Additionally, it was delivered with a large dent on the side and the delivery people would not take responsibility and I gave up trying to reach someone at Best Buy to help. Very frustrating.

Do Not Buy this refridgerator unless you dont need the shelves that go on the doors. Within a few motnhs the freezer shelf broke. Then over the next 6 months 3 of the fridge door shelves broke. One is completley unusable. When i contacted the company i was told because the fridge and freezer stay cold it isnt covered by the warranty. So now i have fridge with no door shelve. Save your money and buy a refridgerator that doesnt have cheap plasti shelves and thin plastic "holding them on".

First bought the previous version without the touch door, showed up damaged, fixed twice, then replaced, then that was replaced with this version and now I've had the Ice maker replaced twice in a year and a half. It drips water into the bin and freezes all the Ice into one big chunk. Not real big fan of LG refrigerators, TV's sure, but not refrigerators.
