AMAZING this fridge is so spacious on the inside of the fridge and freezer. Very sleek looking. BEST pricing on a fridge this size and in stainless steal. I love this refrigerator. I have bought it twice for two different rental properties, and would buy it probably indefinitely for rentals. It looks so sharp, yet a value refrigerator. It's perfect for a 2 bedroom townhome. Looks great with other stainless steel appliances. Not happy that it did not come with an ice maker. I feel ripped off in that aspect.

Perfect fridge for my use. I needed something a bit bigger for my basement. Mostly for storing beverages, but also overflow for the main fridge for when we entertain. This was as big as I could fit through my 30" basement door, which is actually only 29" including the trim. When you remove the doors, and the dust cover and other stuff off of the back, it's exactly 29" wide. Super tight squeeze, but it fit. The interior storage is generous, particularly the freezer. It's well lit and very quiet when it's running. The stainless steel exterior is very nice and looks great. Looking forward to many years of use with this fridge.

My nearly 20 year old (2006) Kenmore fridge was showing signs that it was failing for months. When food was spoiling, I had to act fast to replace it. When I was searching the Best Buy site for a new fridge, I looked for a basic fridge with at least a four star review rating. I don't need an ice maker or anything fancy. I first noticed the Insignia 18 Cu. Ft. model with ENERGY STAR Certification. I checked it out in my local Best Buy store. It was a bit too small for my needs. I was glad to find this 20.5 Cu. Ft. model, which is a better size for my needs. It's a little smaller than my old fridge, but reasonably close enough in size. I have it almost a month now and I like it. The mostly good customer reviews, energy efficiency certification and my positive experience with other Insignia products (TVs and radios) were all considerations in my purchase decision. At least one review reported excessive noise, but I find the noise to be a non-issue. On the contrary, I find it relatively quiet. At least no more noisy than my old fridge. It's a very good value. I highly recommend it.

This refrigerator fit my needs, but I was nervous about getting it after reading some of the bad reviews. However, after speaking with the sales associate in Best Buy I decided to take a chance & purchase it. It was also on sale at a really good price, around $650. The refrigerator looks nice, has plenty of space, is functional & works great. I had an ice maker installed and it works great too. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and the performance of the refrigerator. Especially, at the low price point. However, as others have mentioned it does make weird noises. The noise isn't all the time, it's intermittent & it's not too loud, but it does take a minute to get use to. I've had the fridge a few weeks now and I'm starting to notice the noise less. I would recommend this refrigerator, especially if you are on a budget. The quality exceeds the price point. I also ordered the extended warranty, which was inexpensive (around $100) because of the cost of the fridge, so I'm covered if anything does happen.

I absolutely love my refrigerator. It runs really good. At first it had a loud noise which I seen other complain as well. But you have to use a screw driver to loosen the cover over the condenser it sits right against the cover and makes that vibration noise. After you loosen it you won't hear anymore.

Great appliance. Everything stays cold/frozen perfectly. The color fits well with our other appliances and the size is also great for our kitchen. We would buy this again later in life when the time came.

Delivery was quick and easy. The fridge has been keeping everything cold and it's very quiet. I like the door alarm since my kids seem to not close the doors so we get the alarm and shut it.

Originally had concerns about this frig, but it seems to be working okay. It doesn't have handles so I think a better design would of been to have the hand "grips" on the sides instead of the top of the bottom door. With it at the top of the door it makes it a great place for dirt / dust / whatever to build up. When running it's very quiet, at times you have to actually stand in front of it to hear it which made me wonder if it was really working.

Great fridge love it very sleek and spacious! It cooled down quickly as well and has plenty of room in freezer and fridge.

Great perfect size for my mancave. Plenty of space good build quality wood definitely recommend to anyone looking to not break the bank for reasonable price refrigerator.

I really like it, it's bigger and got plenty of storrage, after getting used to the difference - came from a 25.? cuft Samsung French door fridge, so yes it was different Pro: nice size, stainless steel, so far no problems at all Con: I kept hiting my head on the inside fridge, and it seems to be lower BUT may not be Insignia fault - I noticed ALL or some of the appliances are lower hmm easy fix I had my husband and son put it on a pedistal so now right height

its smaller than are other refrig and the freezer door will not close on its own, you always half turn and close the door won't do it by itsrlf.

Love my fridge. needed it ASAP & it was delivered quickly. keeping as a spare so it does have plenty of space. Thank you Best Buy

I love, my kids, love it. My whole family loves it. It's spacious and it even has an alarm in it just in case the kiddos mistakenly leaves the door open. Can't forget that it absolutely looks BEAUTIFUL. Never thought I would call a refrigerator beautiful but here I am
