Asked for a new one on the spot. I waited less than a week, received a replacement. The doors have to be shut all the way otherwise if you push it gets stuck and does not close. I'm not that happy with this product. It runs great, other than the structural issues it seems good. O feel I paid too much money for what it's worth.

I don't like if you don't physically close the doors all the way they don't close themselves however the fridge will beep if the door is left open to long so it st least tells you that you didn't close the door all the way

It is important to note that the actual "cabinet" of a cabinet depth refrigerator is the same depth as the cabinets around it, but the doors actually extend beyond the depth of the surrounding cabinets-- this is important, otherwise, the doors would not be able to swing out and open. That said, it is 4" shallower than the full-depth Kitchen Aid unit we replaced, yet it has more usable capacity, especially in the door shelves. We are very happy with the insignia.

This one fits, and the layout of the door shelves and inner shelves is very good. Several of similar size had much more restricted use of space inside.

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really like it, it's bigger and got plenty of storrage, after getting used to the difference - came from a 25.? cuft Samsung French door fridge, so yes it was different Pro: nice size, stainless steel, so far no problems at all Con: I kept hiting my head on the inside fridge, and it seems to be lower BUT may not be Insignia fault - I noticed ALL or some of the appliances are lower hmm easy fix I had my husband and son put it on a pedistal so now right height
