I gauge water visually, and it doesn't stick. If it sticks, letting it cool after removing the tray from the base helps. The rice is perfectly al dente, but a slightly larger capacity would better suit our family's needs.

It is a little bigger than I expected but it cooks rice perfectly. The reviews were right - it is a great rice cooker. You won't be disappointed. My daughter has tried cooking other items in the cooker and she said they turned out well. I've only tried the rice and oatmeal.

I’ve used this almost every day since I’ve bought it and it makes my rice perfect each time! I’ve even steamed some veggies while making rice and they came out perfect. Definitely recommend.I also love the ladles that it came with!

This one makes perfect rice (medium grain is all I use), just follow the instructions for the measurements, very easy. This size cooker is good for a larger family. As far as the other features of this cooker, can't comment, I don't use them

I set up the cooker with my moms rice recipe and it is hot and ready for when I'm home. Saves me a bunch of time and hassle the product is easy to use and clean also
