    This item was purchased for my Granddaughter, at college in Millegeville. With her schedule it is hard to cook every night after classes with some there and others in Macon. She asked for the cooker, and has used it many times, and loves it. She says it is one of her favorite appliances.

    I have used it for white rice and it works well. Have not made more than two cups of rice at a time though. I tried the quick rice option and that did not go well. There was still some uncooked rice when it was finished. On the white rice setting it was very good.
