We had a cooker that didn't evenly cool the rice. This one does a really good job at it.

I was a pot and water rice guy, but let me tell you, this cooker has changed me forever!!! The rice never sticks and is very fluffy. I even made homemade Spanish rice for shrimp & sausage jambalaya. Man can't say enough about this cooker. Hurry and get yourself one!!!!

This rice cooker is awesome. It makes perfect rice everytime and keeps it perfectly warm and tasty for up to 12 hours after it's done cooking. I have not tried the steamer or tried to cook anything else in it but I cant wait. I give it 5 stars just for the rice alone.

This multiple function cooker prepared rice exactly as I had expected. I was tired of buying cheap rice cookers that constantly warped and burned the rice on the bottom.. This cooked met my expectations. I will be using this one for a long time.

We’ve used this for about 3 months. Overall it’s nice and takes bit longer than others we’ve had (that cost more) to cook. The only 2 knocks on it I’ve seen is that it doesn’t have a drip tray for all the moisture and if you leave it on for too long the rice on the sides/bottom gets burned and becomes hard. Would also recommend a spot to hold the scooper. Overall 4/5 and would recommend unless you’re coming from one of the Asian brands that cost 200+

I’ve used the “cheap” rice cookers most of my life. I had an expensive one but lost that in a life event and never had the disposable income to upgrade again till recently. I questioned whether this would be worth it, and glad I bought it. This does take longer than the cheap rice cooker (which you have to still wait 10 minutes after it clicks ready), but you can tell the rice was cooked differently because the texture is way better. It’s hard to explain unless you eat a lot of rice. For the price compared to those other expensive brands is what surprised me. This price point was more tolerable and I’m glad I bought this. If you eat a lot of rice this is a good buy. I’ve only used the other features a handful of times and they’ve worked well. We can only see how long it lasts but so far I’m hooked.

I bought this to replace our broken rice cooker, it's a great replacement to our old tiger rice cooker. We just didn't want to spend alot for another named brand. The rice cooker has several settings to choose from whether your cooking brown rice, quinoa, white rice, steam vegetables and more. And the cooked product comes out great everytime.
