It's a very narrow window where if it slides a little, it may stop charging...also pretty slow.

Ok but buyer beware

Also, wasn’t compatible with my iPad either. Very limited, but it does the job, I guess.

Just have to make sure they are on there and connected. One night I must have not gotten it close enough to center and it did not charge.

When the Samsung is on charger, it says “fast charging”. iPhone charges fine. Also charges my Airpods Pro fine. Worked on Samsung buds live too.

They don't seem to work well at all. Same issues with both--difficult to connect with my phone, raised up so that it's difficult to get phone to balance on it, and when it does make a connection, it charges for a few minutes and then drops the connection, so the phone is sitting on it, but it's not charging. I had bought them because they were cheaper than other ones, but I guess you get what you pay for. Since I'm having the same issue with both, It seems it's not just a random malfunction.
