Yes, I have made sure that it was positioned correctly. Yes, I removed the phone from the protective case. Even when I see the charging symbol come on, I come back to check and the phone is no longer charging. I wake up in the morning and my phone is dead. Do not buy this waste of money and plastic.

Could you please check and try as below?
1. Make sure that the phone has a wireless charging function.
2. Adjust the relative position of the mobile phone and the wireless charging pad because if the alignment is too far, it will lead to failure to charge.
3. Check whether the phone case is too thick. The phone case thickness should not be greater than 2mm.
