    This works on one of our phones, but not the new one I just purchased. It will initially charge for a few minutes then quit. I put it on the charger before bed and wake up with a huge drop in battery charge. I have a single MagSafe charger that works just fine on my phone.

    Overheats and has burnt smell

    Not a good product! Seemed like this is what we were looking for and it was except for the over heating and burnt smell it gave out during the first initial use. Removed it from the wall outlet plug and haven’t used it since, very very unsatisfied!!!!!

    When I bought this I thought it was majorly convenient but after trying it out at home I was let down. Quality over quantity plays a part here. Didn’t charge iPods or I watch. Immediately returned to consider purchasing the Apple version instead.

    Really disappointed with the charging pad. Even when you think you have it positioned perfectly and the correct light is lit, it doesn’t charge. Many times after being charged all night, the phone battery is less than 30% charged. It’s a hit and miss, really dissatisfied.

    One-half star. It worked for about 2 days. Then it quit charging my phones and the LED would not come back on. Tried unplugging and replugging several times to different power sources and nothing. Returned it to the store. Purchase date is actually return date.

    I got it because of price. However, it is extremely difficult to get it connected wirelessly with the charger, to start receiving power. I will return it on this weekend.

    Would not purchase this item. Both sides don’t work when charging two devices. I didn’t have the box or I would of taken it back. I have stopped buy things at Best Buy. This is the third time things haven’t worked properly.

    This thing is terrible! I bought to charge my work and personal phone. Half time it will show charging and end up not charging at all. This was waste of money!

    I didn’t like this product. It started over heating when I used it and I found a cheaper one on Amazon that works just as well if not better. You should definitely get a similar product but not this one.

    This product did not work for me. It was very warm to the touch and would shut off after only a few minutes of charging. Leaving my phone uncharged in the morning. Returned it for a different model.

    Does not charge well. I left my airpods charging overnight and it was not fully charged by the next morning. Not what I was expecting. No time for this.

    Worked great for 2days. Now it will not charge anything. It will work for about 20 minutes the stop charging and flash an error light. Waste of money

    Slow charging. I have and iPhone 12 and it doesn’t even charge it 100% over night. I have an otter box case and it’s hard to line up the charge. Hardly ever use it. Not worth the money.
