Fantastic little box. Charges phones and tablets fast. Holds enough charge to recharge phone 4x while travelling. Love it!

Awesome! It charges my tablet very fast which is great for when I'm gaming. It's a bit on the heavy side but it's not a deal breaker once you see how fast it works.

Easy to use. Was able to charge my phone 3x (and earpods) before needing to recharge the portable charger. Definitely helpful on the 6 hour flight to Vegas.

Plug it in, charge it up and you're ready to charge your devises on the go. I had thought that it might charge my phone quickly but it seems to take as long as plugging the phone into a regular outlet. Still, it's very convenient and so far i have fully charged my phone twice from one full charge of the power bank. There is plenty of charge left in the bank to refill my phone again. I'm glad i bought this product.

Great battery back-up and charger. Battery pack can be used to power multiple devices. Device kept my phone in service during recent power outage at end of day.

It’s a powerful battery pack. I’m on my 7th or 8th charge. I think I’ll get one more. It’s a bit heavy so I wouldn’t recommend it for a long hiking trip.

Double up on charges as this battery is 2 for 1 and similar pricing as most brand name ones. Works great for use of charging via USB or USB-C on the road.

I have purchased other brand battery banks from other stores only to have them fail after one or two uses, if they even charged at all out of the box. These Insignia battery banks are great. I purchased two, and they feel very well built and they charged without any problems. Although I have only had them a couple of weeks I have used them several times already without any issues. I charged my cell phone and tablet multiple times each with power left over in the bank. Definitely worth the money. A great buy !

Pros: battery last a long time. Charged my iPhone 12 3 times and still had 50% remaining. Cons: it’s too big to put in a normal sized pocket

I use this as an external charger for my phone (Samsung) and tablet (Kindle). Works great.

I bought this powerbank before heading out west for some training and have been using it for about 4 and a half months. Overall it works well, and if I'm only charging my phone from it I can get 4 charges from a nearly dead battery. I have been using it to charge my phone and headphones as needed, and my wife really appreciated it on our last family camping trip. That said it's not without a couple (minor) downsides. I do wish that it had 2 USB C ports instead of one, but I'm sure future models will correct this issue. The other issue is that to charge my lower powered headphones (a set of Beat Flex bluetooth earbuds) I need it put it in "low charge" mode by holding the button in or it will shut off after a minute or so. This is not an issue when charging both my phone and headphones at the same time.
