    I bought this powerbank before heading out west for some training and have been using it for about 4 and a half months. Overall it works well, and if I'm only charging my phone from it I can get 4 charges from a nearly dead battery. I have been using it to charge my phone and headphones as needed, and my wife really appreciated it on our last family camping trip. That said it's not without a couple (minor) downsides. I do wish that it had 2 USB C ports instead of one, but I'm sure future models will correct this issue. The other issue is that to charge my lower powered headphones (a set of Beat Flex bluetooth earbuds) I need it put it in "low charge" mode by holding the button in or it will shut off after a minute or so. This is not an issue when charging both my phone and headphones at the same time.

    Although this battery pack stores a large 20k mAh charge, it will not charge a device when it is charging, so the only way to make use of the internal battery is to disconnect it from the charger and carry it with you. It is more applicable for when you don't have access to power and this is the only source to charge your device, while camping, at work, etc.

    Battery works but I have found that it requires me to hold down the button to get it to charge my phone. My first battery backup was just plug and it worked. But I was able to charge my phone Motorola stylus 2021 twice and kept the phone charged for a 5 hour drive using Google maps. Good product overall.
