I have this unit out by the pool, it has great Bluetooth range and hooks up to my phone or tablet real easy. Along with the insignia rock speakers, I think the neighbors love me:)

I asked the sales person for something that I could connect to my speakers that are prewired in my home for music. I also wanted some way to hear my TV through the same speakers and I didn't want to spend a lot of money. She recommended this receiver and I love it. It was easy to install and gave me exactly what I wanted. Couldn't be happier.

We just moved into a rental and saw it was wired for outside speakers. This receiver was perfect for our needs. Connects to bluetooth via phone and was easy to set up

Insignia unit has many of the features of the more expensive tuners: memory, remote control, blue tooth, etc all at a lower cost...Very pleased with how it operates and value for my money

I needed a replacement amplifier/receiver for use in my garage so that I could retire an old AKAI unit I purchased back in the mid 1980's. This Bluetooth-capable receiver ticked all the boxes: 1) inexpensive (it is in my GARAGE after all); 2) ample wattage (I can hear it well out into my yard/street); 3) simple controls (EZPZ!); 4) it has a remote control that I can take with me outside the garage; 5) great sound quality. Being able to drive to my local Best Buy store (they had more than one in stock) and attain immediate gratification instead of ordering online, possibly feeling compelled to spend more than I needed to and then having to wait for it to arrive was the icing on the cake. For the price, you can't go wrong with this unit

I picked this up because I needed a "classic" amp oriented more to audio than most of the common AV receivers that populate retailer shelves. It's a typical solid state amp and it sounds just fine for living room duty. The Bluetooth feature works well - no problems. Although not a critical listening quality amp it does very well for just general stuff - and it doesn't cost much - especially since it goes on sale frequently. :-)

Bought this to put sound into a master bedroom and bathroom to ceiling speakers. Very simple setup nothing overly complicated. Definitely serves its purpose without being overpriced.

Has a nice look, good features and a really nice overall item for the price. Can’t hook up a subwoofer but has 4 speaker hookups plus a CD and then auxiliary input for other miscellaneous items

This works well and does what it is supposed to do. It is easy to set up and the Bluetooth helps with older electronics that do not have it built in.

If you need an inexpensive garage or work stereo, this is it. Blue tooth works great with my S7, 2 auxiliary and 1 CD inputs, hook up for 4 speakers, remote and it sounds great. Excellent choice for the money

The Insignia receiver was easy to set up right out of the box; clear instructions , easy to use. Speaker hook-ups a little trouble but nothing that couldn't be handled at this price. I highly recommend for a starter unit.

Worked flawlessly and a simple set-up. May not have a superb tuner or perhaps could be my position on the map or antenna position, but this was not high priority for me. Bluetooth capable was the big plus for the price.

We added this amp to our system for our exercise studio. It has been a great addition! No problems, easy to use and hook up.

The intended purpose for this receiver was to play radio and streaming music to my patio speakers as well as a small set of indoor speakers. For this purpose it is great and syncs with my phone to play music from that via bluetooth with no issues. Only reason for 4 stars is it doesn't have hdmi connections or fiber connections but for the price I guess that is to be expected.

Not overly priced with great features and awesome sound. Use this for my outdoor speakers and leave the receiver in a three season room and had no issues with temps in the room going up or down.

This Insignia product doesn’t fail! I’m starting to love all the products but this device is awesome. Every sound is clear and it’s easy to use! I would definitely recommend.

Great value and features for the money. I have it paired with an Echo Dot to listen to internet radio etc. The sound is good for the price

I bought this Bluetooth receiver to use in conjunction with some Yamaha outdoor speakers. My intention was to find a relatively cheap unit because the unit itself would be kept outdoors in a cabinet on our covered patio. This unit has exceeded my expectations in every way imaginable. The Bluetooth function works well and pairs easily to every device that we have attempted to date. At this price point you cannot go wrong.

Good quality receiver, for the money. I’m running Polk Audio towers with it and it sounds great! Plenty of power, and easy to pair, this is a great, inexpensive device.

I just needed a basic receiver to run my multi-room ceiling speakers. This did the trick at a decent price. The Bluetooth option is a great bonus, Also love how sleek it looks.
