This unit was purchased to drive two ceiling-mounted speakers in my kitchen. I was replacing an old receiver that I had connected an external Bluetooth device to. The new unit sounded clean and connected to my iPhone easily, but the problem I had was that even when I disconnected from the unit, it would automatically reconnect to the receiver Bluetooth. This was a problem because if I was around the house using wireless earphones and came within 20' of the receiver, it would automatically switch over. The only way to avoid this was to turn the receiver off. I ended up replacing the receiver with a Sony unit that was only $30 more. It works great and the Bluetooth stays disconnected until I manually tell it to connect.

Its no frill except for bluetooth which is its best feature. I had spare bookshelf speakers laying around and this receiver makes them sound very good. I would recommend to anyone looking for a budget bluetooth receiver.
