Bought to charge not only smartphone but laptop. Does a nice job keeping laptop alive until can fully recharge at home. Only portable charger that could hook up to laptop. Also extremely friendly & helpful customer service staff.

It is bit heavy in my purse but I am never without battery backup and this power pack has more than one port.

This battery has proven to be very solid and long lasting. Charges well and quickly and recharges quickly too.

I use this everywhere and it keeps my devices charged. I also feel like it charges my devices very fast.

I bought this charger before going on my trip to Japan and it did everything I expected and more. Other people on the tour with me used it to charge their phones and the high capacity meant I did not have to charge it every night before using it. Charging the pack takes longer than others because of the higher capacity, but leaving overnight was perfectly fine to have it at full the next morning or very near it.

This battery is awesome. I get so many charges for my iPhone 7+ and iPad. This is very handy to have in my bag in case I forget my charger. This is a great product and I only give it 4 stars because it is heavy and a little cumbersome to carry around. It does feel nice though and doesn't seem unnecessarily bulky but it definitely adds weight to your bag.

Does what it supose to do. Not to bulky, very compact , easy to travel with.

Holds charge well and has plenty of power to keep my phone going when I am out and away from a socket. Easy to use. A bit bigger than I thought it would be but I have not been disappointed with at all. I have recommended it to friends.

I have nothing bad to say about this item. The battery of my brand new phone failed on me and this charger kept my navigation going through a ten hour road trip. I didn't do any online comparison shopping, because I bought this charger when I was stranded with a dead battery, but I did look at all the portable charger options available at most of the major mobile accessories retailers with brick and mortar stores, and the difference in value between the Insignia and the second best option was so huge at first I thought there was something seriously wrong with the Insignia (there's not, the other charger's are just way, way overpriced). To give you an idea, in comparison to the Insignia, the second best charger I saw cost 1.5 times as much, had .25x the charging capacity, and half the charging ports.

Great portable charger for your phone, ear piece or any other device with rechargeable batteries. took it with me and my son on a trip and worked great to charge our phones and bluetooth earpieces. Does alot of charges of devices before it needs to be charge up itself. Would highly recommend for people that travel alot. Got it for a great price too, at Best Buy!!

Extremely helpful in a pinch when airport hopping or out of your house for extended periods of time. Charges my iPhone 6 Plus up to 9 times before I even need to recharge it. Takes a VERY long time to charge fully, but really lasts.

I originally bought the 15200 Mah, however that one became defective after the first use. I didn't read anywhere as to how to fix it just kept flashing like it was charged but would never charge anything or recognize being plugged in so I returned it and got this one. Which I love and use all of the time charges all of my devices on a single charge with room to spare, plus it boasts a grand 4 amp changing rate if only using 1 port 2.1 if using all three. That being said it is a huge battery pack and from below 25% status to charge up to 100% status charge time take 16 hours or more sometimes I haven't timed it but it more than a 12 hour overnight deal but the amount of charges you get is very acceptable I use a Samsung Galaxy note and I can charge that from zero percent to 100% while using it 5 or 6 times before I get the flashing one block on the battery pack asking to be charged. I give 4 stars only because I feel there could be a better way to charge this that doesn't take as long. Other than that great product. In fact my dad bought one right after I showed him mine.

Love the ease of use and not so bulky to use on my travels. Also love the three ports that are available to charge multiple devices. Available indicator lights let you tell how much power is left before your next charge.

I went to New York City for the weekend and did have access to a phone charger either wall or car. I had purchased this before I went and it worked fabulous! I was able to charge a Droid Turbo 2 and iPhone 6S for 3 days and I even charged with this charger once I got home to see how long it would charge my phone without needing charging itself.

I love this charger, it is great for the people on the go, I use it to charge my two phones and sometimes even my tablet all at once! Best thing...I only charge the battery once per week!

It's a bit to heavy, but love that it charges more than one. Has a long lasting charged life.
