We only had it for a few weeks, but it charges fast and no issues to date. It was super easy to get from Best Buy. Since they were out of the charger block in the store, they shipped it directly to our house.

Then you plug the charging cord into the opposite side. Then the other end into the device that you choose to recharge and BOOM!! It get ready it charges the device.
