Doesn’t charge as quickly as i anticipated for lightning speed.

It’s a ok product but it’s not a good alternative to buy a Apple charger.

Do not recommend. Its not even a month and it wont charge my phone anymore. And it saids i cant even return it. Dont waste your money

The ear phones wouldn’t stay in my ears. I returned them.

I took my phone in to get a charger. The sales lady took a quick look at the phone and picked a charger off the shelf and said this will work. Surprise...it didn't!! Have to return it and hopefully find one and try it before leaving store.

This charger did not work with my iPhone 13. I returned it.

Best Buy failed to replace a defective product that we used to charge our Apple cell phone even though we are members of Tech Support.

Purchase is great ,reward program not good at all you have 45 or 60 unsure which . But if expired they will not renew or reissue certificates. Will be doing the Amazon thin goin forward

The cable stopped working after 4 months of usage and unable to charge

I purchased 4 of these as part of Christmas gifts for my family. It's been about 2 weeks and so far 2 of the 4 have broke. In both cases, the little metal piece that goes into the phone's charging port broke off while in the phone and I had to remove with tweezers. I am super disappointed with my purchase, especially because I purchased 4 and i'm sure it's only a matter of time before the same thing happens to the other 2 chargers.

Small and compact, this Insignia 20W USB-C fast-charger wall kit is for an iPhone. Well they say it’s for an iPhone but I don’t know why you couldn’t use it for charging anything that has a USB-C cable (the charger has a USB-C port) and needs a 20W charger. I like the fact that it has a USB-C cable because who knows when USB-A will be a thing of the past.This kit includes an Apple MFi certified 6’ USB-C to lightning cable. Knowing it's a certified cable lets me know it will be reliable. And at 6' that’s twice as long as the normal 3’ cable I buy all the time that tend to fray on me. This one seems very well made. The charger itself is a relatively small cube with a foldable plug and it's solid. The small size would make this great for travelling. The charger is quite speedy: I was able to charge my iPhone 13 Pro from 50% to 100% in 35 minutes. That's pretty quick. I'm extremely satisfied with the performance of this Insignia 20W USB-C wall charger kit and I would definitely recommend it for those whose equipment needs a 20W charger. It performs as well as the name brand and it comes with a 1 year limited warranty. Insignia stands behind their products.

There’s not too much to say about this charging kit except that it’s convenient and works exactly like it’s supposed to. The package includes a small white charging block (with USB-C port) and a USB-C to Lightning cable. The charger was able to quickly charge my iPhone. I tried with my iPad (with lighting connector), and was pleased to find that it also charged rapidly. Finally, I swapped out the cable for one that is USB-C to USB-C, and was able to charge an Android phone and some Bluetooth headphones. I did not try charging anything larger, like an iPad Pro or a laptop, as I’m not sure the 20W output would be sufficient for something like that. The charging block feels sturdy, and it is quite compact. It has fold-in prongs, which ensure the charger takes up even less space. It also seems like the fold-in feature will help protect the prongs as this bounces around in my bag. I was very pleased to find that the cord is plenty long, at 6 feet, and feels quite durable. Overall, this charging kit does exactly what it is supposed to do, in a small size, with a convenient, durable cord. I would recommend it confidently to others.

Charger head piece broke after a couple months. Would only charge in a certain position before that.

Nice little power block. What can I say. Its the smallest one i have had. Single port and works as advertised. Included cable nice and hefty and should last a while. I really like the compact styling and simplicity to not take over the entire outlet. Covers the outlet plug and not much overlap. So if you have an outlet plus USB it wont interfere. Color was white and finish has a slight matte feel to it - so not slippery and had a slight grip. Fast Charging is nice. I typically charge at night and hit the charging process. But with Fast charging I can rapidly increase my battery percentage on the fly - getting at least 20-30 percent in about 15 minutes. So that is a HUGE advantage. I mostly use this for travel as is small size fits in my bag neatly and the quick charge is helpful while waiting in a shop or lounge waiting on a plane. Overall, gets the job done, its fast, cable is good quality and has a decent price to performance. highly recommended if in need of a good charger!
