Great deal. Large capacity. Very nice quality. Great price. Wasn't in stock at my store. But was able to get in 2 days and delivered to my home so I didn't even have to load it or unload it and that was free.

Lots of room and quality. Great price. Only complaint is glass shelves are a little flimsy.

I'm really happy with the freezer. Upright freezers make it easy to find everything. I loce the fact that it can go in the garage. Going to the basement was inconvenient. The seal on the door is very tight. The temperature is easy to set. I've only used it as a freezer. I would highly recommend this freezer. I bought the 21 Cu. FT.

Lots of room and the price is great. We filled it up with meat and vegetables, it keeps the temperature constant even in the garage. Would highly recommend to others in need of extra freezer space.

After selling our restaurant 10 years ago, I had kept my favorite commercial True 47 in the garage but it finally died. I'm not working commercially anymore but still love to cook for larger groups so I decided to replace it with 2 of these larger 21 Cu.Ft. Insignia's. So I'm using both as refrigerators which I later noticed in a few reviews, some people had reported problems trying to use them a refrigerators. I'll be honest I was hoping to keep one at 35° for meats and one at 40° for produce but they are not really that accurate so both work at about 37° to 39°. But that's fine. But I must say overall, for a home unit, I am very pleased. The great thing is they are quieter than the commercial unit, and so far they seem to use less energy so the garage is not as warm during the summer. Understand I'm pretty rough on refrigeration and will really put these through a workout but so far they are great. Also, the price, they will be easily replaced and when one breaks one can; lay it down, take the doors off, cover the outside in wood, fill it with dirt and they will make outstanding above ground planter boxes! My True has been turned into a very stylish outdoor storage unit for all my folding Blackstone grills & griddles, outdoor pizza grills and such so I don't have to purchase grill covers every 2 to 3 years! Overall, I'm very happy : )

This freezer is exactly what I needed . I need to buy some storage bins to arrange the items according. I have been able to use this both as a freezer and fridge , meaning when I entertain I can keep my food fresh by lowering the temperature enough not to affect my frozen foods . No more digging out everything to find 1 thing . This Insignia product will not disappoint .

Very good quality freezer. It’s tall and slender. Plenty of freezer space. I am using as freezer and not as a refrigerator in my garage.

Bought this to replace our broken garage freezer. So far we love it. Its very spacious, has drawers, interior light, great seal around the door, love the controls outside. You can use this as a freezer or as a fridge. Didnt know that when i bought it but love the fact that I can use it that way if I want. Bought this on the open box best buy site. When it was delivered, it was still packaged in the brand new packing material. The reason they sold if open box was in shipping someone hit the box with a forklift. There was only a tiny scratch on top. Got it at almost half the cost. Excellent deal! Freezer was much more than expected. Would buy the brand and size again.

Good value and plenty of space. Door control just shows the temperature setting and not the inside temperature. Nice light inside and the door has 4 shelves that are 4" deep My old freezer had a door lock with a key that I'd use when on vacation. The lock on the door panel is just to lock the panel and not the door.

Very pleased with the operation of the freezer. People have complained about the shelves being flimsy. I found them to be just fine. Not sure what the issue is unless they are stacking bricks in the freezer. Runs very quiet. Keeps things cold. Great value in my opinion.

We are very happy with this giant freezer. It holds so much and is perfect for what we needed. Stays cold, stays closed, has a locking function and is just wonderful.

Excellent freezer, it is huge and can fit sooooo much. We are excided for meal prepping with our souper cubes and for overall freezer space for food storage. The delivery team was awesome and very quick.

Love this freezer. Especially for the price. Its also larger than the freezer i replaced. I liked it so well i bought a second one.

It's perfect as our back-up refrigerator in the garage. Very large and bright. The really awesome thing is that it can be used as a full refrigerator or a full freezer. You can control the temp. on the outside of the door.

This is my 3rd one. I love them. Get idea for using refrigerator or freezer. Works great for our business.
