Came with a small ding, but can't beat the quality and size for this price. Very sturdy shelves, really easy to use, and very energy efficient.

After having this Upright Freezer for a few weeks I am very pleased. It freezes great and the door seals really well keeping electrical cost down. Very spacious and easy to find items in.

I absolutely love this freezer! The option to switch between a second refrigerator and a deep freezer is amazing. I originally bought it to store my husband’s venison, but I’ve actually used it more as an extra fridge—and it’s been perfect. Highly recommend!

This freezer so far is an excellent choice. I like the size and design. Lots of room! It keeps the temperature setting very well. Nice and quiet.

We've had this freezer over a year now and it keeps temperature, has a VERY tight seal (some people complain about this---I think it's great), and has a lot of room to store food in our garage.

The freezer has been great up until this point. It is absolutely massive. I do agree with other reviews that the shelves are spread far apart. It would be great if the unit had more shelving installation locations and you could buy additional shelving. However this is a great value. One complaint I saw before purchasing was the handle breaking, however it seems sturdy and if you open, close and then need to immediately open again. Do realize there will be a large vacuum pressure holding the door closed. If you need to get in, place your fingers in the soft seal and pull it away from the unit, this will break the vacuum and the door will easily open.

Our Church Property Team consisting of ten old guys was in discussion to replace our broken comercial refrigerator. Since last May. We investigated many prices and options. We were supprised to find a convertable Refrigerator to Freezer upright model. We checked serveral big box stores and Best Buy offered the best price for the product and delivery. We ordered the unit by phone and the sales rep was incredibly helpful with assisting in getting our church tax exempt certificate and setting up the delivery. The entire process was an exceptionally fantastic experience. Now the wait for delivery and the delivery window. What another great experience seeing the truck leaving New Smyrna Beach on it's way to DeLand on my cell phone along with the expexted time of arrival. I'm just about out of space but the drivers were both friendly, helpful and professional. We highly recommend Best Buy and love our new convertable Freezer. Very nice garage refrigerator that now comes with glass shelves. We had an older version of the same fridge for 13 years which had wire shelves. I think for the price, it was good that it lasted 13 years so we bought another one. Stays running well in extreme weather changes of NJ. Freezing temps in winter and high heat in summer in our garage.

Keeps stuff frozen! I have not had any issues with this item at all, even though I bought at the Outlet. Very happy with my purchase.

This deep freeze is so nice- Holds a ton of food, is easily accessible, and the digital temp on the door is great. I would buy this again. Perfect size!

Really like these freezers (bought 3) they work great, very stable and quiet. I like the option of using them as refrigerators if needed at the push of a button.

This freezer is the most amazing freezer I have seen! We have a large family (7 kids) so freezer space is prime real estate. The size alone towers over even my 6’1” husband. Open it up to find several shelves, two drawers and door storage. The unit is nice and deep, but not so much you lose everything like a chest freezer. The height of the shelves allows for pizzas to be stored on their sides freeing up more real estate but allowing for easy visibility. People complain about the door so let me address that. This freezer is incredibly efficient. So when it’s opened and the internal temp has been altered by outside temps, the freezer seals to quickly bring the inside temp back down to the programmed level. During this “sealed period”, the freezer is tough to open as that is part of the process. But it doesn’t last long and if you know, you’re prepared. We love this freezer and would buy it again without hesitation.

It's really big sized fridge/freezer convertible. Everything's fine except for the glass shelves and the plastic side drawers. The shelves tend to bend with certain weight of stuff i placed on them even though theyre not really heavy items. Im afraid sometimes that they'll just snap and break. The side drawers are kind of narrow to put rounded barbecue sauces or vitamin bottles for example. These item don't fit well unlike in my Samsung fridge that i had before. They also cannot be detached for cleaning which is irritating for me especially if something spilled inside in the future. . There's going to be a lot of wiping and spraying to do .

This freezer is excellent. It is extremely quiet. It is spacious, auto-defrost works great and the temperature is well maintained. I hope it lasts for a long time. My neighbor has a freezer in his garage. He purchased it in 1978. It is manual defrost but he is still using it

Spacious and reliable. Maintains its temperature and no issue of freezer burn products. Easily has the capacity to keep items frozen when we lose power, which happens on occasion.

We were looking for a refrigerator without water or ice making abilities to avoid future issues. This particular unit makes it possible to run either as a refrigerator or freezer which is really versatile. It has plenty of room and we can see where everything is what we wanted. So far we're very happy with our purchase.

This product has been great for a replacement for my mother's freezer that went out. She is loving it so far.

This freezer is huge, so space will never be an issue. Love the fact that it can act as a fridge or freezer. Only reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating is because of the glass shelves. They shelves seem to bow a bit with the weight. We keep Salmon, half a pig, and Costco items. The interior is spacious, I had to use storage boxes to hold the meat. The shelves are not adjustable.
