I love this fridge/freezer. It's actually the second one we bought. We use one as a refrigerator and one as a freezer. They are so versatile and large especially for the price! We've never had any problems with the original one so when we saw this one on sale and needed to replace our garage freezer it was ano brainer. Get one. You won't regret it.

Have had this product for 2 years in the garage no issues. Only had it in the refrigerator setting but holds temps even at well below freezing temps (non heated garage).

It gets used mainly to hold large quantities of dough. It cools very quickly and have rarely had an issue. Would prefer these to have metal shelves but the glass ones have worked well. I have had over 35 lbs on every shelf and they have held up fine after a couple years.

I bought two of these in order to replace two freezers that just happened to break on the same day. We have them placed in our garage that is not attached to our house. Outside temperatures do not seem to impact the freezers at all. The amount of space they have has allowed me to organize items better. We also really like the fact the doors seem to seal so we do not worry about losing food from improper closing after getting something out of them.

This is a prefect upright Freezer. It is everything we wanted. Very easy to organize food. The door is easy to open and will close tightly. It holds a lot of food

This frig is PERFECT for our big family. So much space perfect temperature settings.

First off, thid thing is massive and honestly, I wish I had two of them so I could use one as a Fridge and one as a Freezer. We've had it for a few months now and we love it. I love that you have the mixture of the drawers at the bottom, plenty of shelf space and then the pockets on the door itself. The only complaint I have is that the handle seems to get a little wiggly with use. Might be because the seal is so amazing that you actually have to tug to open it once its good and shut.

Before we purchased our upright Insignia brand freezer I researched who makes them. I found it’s either LG, Samsung, or a Chinese company that also owns GE Appliances. Getting parts will not be an issue. The price was right and the quality is great. We like that you can set the temperature and verify that on the outside of the door. If you wanted to use it as a refrigerator, you could do that. We’re very satisfied with our purchase. One thing we did to allow us to more easily use all the volume was to purchase several plastic milk crates. They’re inexpensive and allow us to stack things up in bins for like items. We’d buy it again.

I can’t speak to reliability yet, but so far we very happy. Bought a 21 cubic ft to use as a garage freezer and a 17 cubic ft to use as secondary refrigerator in our utility room. Being garage ready and convertible was the big selling point. They were very easy to set up and switching from fridge to freezer only takes one button push and setting the appropriate temperature. Doors seal very tightly which seems appropriate for garage use. Delivery was excellent as well.

This is a lot of freezer for the price. So far no issues. Temperature display is a plus. Delivery was on time and helpful with set up.

This model is huge. I could have used the next smaller size. Other than that I love it. Very easy to see everything at a glance.

Absolutely love this freezer it’s large has room for everything it’s quiet and it can get cold I love how the inside lights are so bright so you can see everything. Exceed my expectations highly recommended

Bought new 3-9-22 . Love it , it's been great. Very large inside . Like it so much i ordered another one also orderd a 17cf one to use as a refrigerator on my deck for drinks and stuff. Very satisfied.definitly recommend it. great freezer or refrigerator( it does either or with the flick of a switch) for a great price

Great freezer. Big and full is space. Door is harder to open but that is to be expected for a freezer this size. You want a good vacuum seal to keep everything cold and it definitely has that. I took one star off because it has glass shelves instead of wire shelving and for the weird small drawers at the bottom that could have been better as one big basket. Love that I can also change it to a fridge as well. I am thinking about get a second one at one point for a second fridge to have in the garage. Also from what in understand these are made by fridgair and if you look at their model you can see the similarities.

I was looking for a new freezer. This is my Insignia product. I came across this and I was very impressed. Good size. Good Price. Fast delivery. Ability to set the temperature to make it a Freezer or Refrigerator. When the time comes, I will buy another one and use it as refrigerator. I am not giving a 5 star because I do not know how it will last in the long term so I am giving a 4 star for now.

Works great. Using it as a freezer. This thing is Huge! Only problem is I wish it had more shelves. Plastic drawers seem like they can't take much weight. It came damaged on the door, however Best Buy reduced the price a little and made it bearable.

We already have several chest freezers on our farm. This blows them all away. It’s so convenient to see all of our frozen goodies and it takes up less space. It’s also great that it can be a fridge or a freezer

We love this upright freezer, it’s a great size to pack full of meat. So much easier to get in and your frozen product then trying to over into a freezer.

Our second one as now we have a freezer and outside fridge! Love the storage and the price is awesome! So versatile to use as a fridge or freezer! I say well done!
