have had for over a year and i love it i use it as a refrigerator

Delivery was excellant. We have filled the freezer up. It holds alot of food. It is very quiet. The shelves are extemley sturdy and well built. The door seal is very good. The footprint is very small for this size unit. Regular plug in. We live in an apartment. Perfect for us.

It was delivered promptly and is working great . I'm enjoying it.

It works great. It huge just like we needed. It was easy to set up. We bought half a cow's worth of meat and still have plenty of room to spare. We looked everywhere and no one had any or were expensive plus had to wait for it to be delivered. Then on top of that they wanted to charge a delivery fee. I got this almost on the same day and no fee, plus the price was great.

I purchased this freezer for my breastmilk supply and it is amazing very spacious I still have plenty of room to store what I need in there as well as other items too we had a power outage for 4 hours and the freezer had gotten my milk so cold that it didn’t defrost at all would definitely recommend this freezer

The service was perfect. Delivery went off without any issues. The product its self is a life safer. The space it provides is just what we needed. The efficiency of this product is amazing.

This freezer is hugh you ban fit alot of food in there great for a big family and the price is great

We bought two of these. One to be fridge, one to be freezer. Both are working great. That black square in the middle of the door is where you set the temperature. I is also a display that turns off after a few seconds. Strange that they have this dark screen in the middle of the door. I guess it's designed for a garage. I wish it was on the inside like other fridges. But, overall, very solid product so far. So far in freezer mode it's been frost free. They are very tall, so measure the height of your space. I knocked off one star for that black settings/display square, but I'm being picky. I knew that was on the door when I bought it, but I bought it anyway because this was the best value.

The Insignia convertible freezer/refrigerator really fit our needs to give us extra storage space in lunchroom for non frozen items. But it gives us the flexibility to convert if there is a need for extra freezer space for large functions. The only negative so fa is that the door takes some effort to open because of the tight seal; could be problematic for the elderly.

We haven't had the freezer very long but it is doing very well with zero problems and it holds a lot of food /meat. We are well pleased with it

Big freezer can fit 3 hogs in after processing. The quick freeze option is great and the door has good tight seal!!

This thing is HUGE! There is a lot of space between the shelves. We are using storage tubs to organize the items inside. Very clean, easy to keep that way and very, very quiet. The instrument panel on the door is clear and bright and gives an immediate update without having to open the door. The seal on the door is very tight and seals very well. Most likely, we'll go with this one again.

Our old garage refrigerator that served us well up North just couldn’t cut it in the heat of an Arizona Summer. After researching the options for “garage ready” refrigerators this seemed to fit our needs. Since it was rated to 110°F as a freezer and has a refrigerator mode I believed it could handle the job of maintaining the 37°F we needed in the garage. We’ve had it for a month and so far (with Garage temperatures in the 105°F range) checked with an independent calibrated thermometer, it has met the task. Very happy with our choice

Love the size. Non reversible doors through a wrench in or planned location but all in all we are pleased with both of them.

Awesome freezer. It’s so tall and deep. It’s better than the whirlpool one I had. I’ve had the freeEr for about a year and no problems. Since then my parents have purchased one. Oh and you can also use it as a refrigerator. I’ve never done that because what I need is a freezer but nice feature.

We've only had this for a month, and my initial impressions are very positive so far. First of all, this is a tall freezer. I should have looked up the dimensions beforehand, so I wouldn't have been so surprised. Luckily, it's in the garage, so height wasn't too much of a concern. We have it set up currently as a freezer. It is huge inside. The multiple cold air vents in the back really distribute the air well. It also got to temp quickly. After a few hors of being plugged it, it was at zero degrees. The drawers at the bottom are nice, but I honestly forget that there are things in them. They are great for my vacuum packed cooked meats since they are irregular and slide on the glass shelves. A comment on the shelves. They are glass and there is no lip on the front edge. Bags and other irregular (non-boxed) shaped objects can slide off the front of them. That is one improvement I would like to see. The display does not read the current temperature, only the set temperature. I would like to see that as an option as well. A door alarm if the door is left ajar would be nice too. Finally, it does not have a lock on it. Although it seals crazy tight when closed, a lock would help make sure it was closed. Overall, it's a great freezer. I wasn't planning on one of these refrigerator/freezer units, but that is all that was available at the time my freezer died. Only time will tell if it can handle the temperature extremes of a Houston garage environment.
