Great features for the price. Be careful to ensure it is fully closed though, many times I have come back to it where the door was still partly cracked and not fully sealed.

Excellent refrigerator/freezer. We purchased one and used it as a refrigerator mainly for drinks. We loved it so much that we bought another one and used it as a freezer. Lots of storage. Great for the garage.

Didn't now Best Buy had Insignia branded freezers. Consumer Reports loved it so we decided to give it a try. Nice features and plenty of room. So far, so good.

If you're looking for capacity I can give you an example. I fit a whole hog and a half of a cow and the freezer is packed. Couldn't ask for a better freezer upright high-quality

I have researched getting one of these for a couple years. I was on the fence. If I could go back and buy one in 2018, I would! This was a no-brainer. This one is easy to access, no bending or digging…organized and fits half a cow ++++++ Just buy it. It works perfectly and is exactly as described. I only wish I had bought it sooner. I love it so much, I should name it.

Love this freezer even though the door is a bit hard to open. Plenty of room with adjustable shelves and a very reasonable price compared to all other manufactures.

Works great. It’s so elegant. I was skeptical about a white refrigerator but having it in my garage, and seeing how tall, and the way it freezes. I like it.

I’ve had it for a month and I like it so far. The only thing I don’t really care for are the glass shelves. I prefer the wire and I think the wire can handle the weight better. It is very quiet and the best part is the digital screen on the front.

This has been one of our more better buys from Best Buy. The freezer has such a good capacity and easy to load/unload. Sure beats having an old freezer for the garage!

Super pleased with this fridge/freezer! We keep a thermometer in it and it holds in winter and in summer. Holds a ton of food!

Great freezer. It has great storage. My only issue with it is that it feels like it's locked every time you go to open it, and this is not just me, this is anyone that has tried it. You have to seriously yank on it to get it open. So thats annoying, but the functionality and size of the freezer are fantastic. We bought the freezer online so had not touched it and for the price this was the best we could find for the size. I'm still very happy with it. At least it isn't a problem with the door staying closed! I have a friend that has to lock hers shut because of that.

Love this freezer. Only issue is the door is a bit tough to open . Tough if you’re a mature adult, but that may actually be a good thing if you have small children.

Quiet, efficient, good value. I would change a couple shelves if possible.

So far so good, bigger than expected and holds a lot. Wish the door was interchangeable to open from the right side like other freezers. Didn’t notice it when I put in the order but it was deliver only, no free setup so you will need to have someone help get it out of the box and move into place.

We got this insignia freezer to replace our bench style, both the same size we lost a bit of room but we gain the piece of mind by actually being able to see what we have, not over shopping wasting money by duplicate sales, or expired foods we forgotten about. Were able to organize the food with convenience & actually buy sale items to store properly. We love love love this freezer but wait theres more...lol it turns into a refrigerator!!Yah! Thats right it does...so if the one inside the house breaks down we have a back up. Or if freezer is empty its can become a beverage refrigerator...Thanks insignia we love you...

The Great: Freezer is very very large! Taller than most and the interior lighting is exceptional. Door closes very tight and there is no way this thing is coming open accidentally! The Good: The cool little display on the outside? Neat idea but basically worthless. I (incorrectly) assumed it would show you the temperature inside the freezer so you could occasionally glance over and see the real-time temp inside. Nope. It just shows you the temp that you've set it for. So, unless you have a separate thermometer, you have no idea if it's actually reaching the set temperature. The shelves are very far apart which is nice...BUT they are too far apart for easily storing deer meat (because there's only so high that you can stack round packages before they start falling). Would be nice if it had more drawers or shelf options. The bottom drawers are tiny.

It's a great freezer works great the only issue I have is that it takes the strength of Thor to open the door it's very hard to open which I guess is a great seal other than that love it!

Very happy with my freezer. Lots of space and well lit. Has a quick freeze option. Can set to a higher temp and use as a refrigerator. The delivery experience I had with Best Buy was the best I ever had. I was alerted to when the the delivery was going to made. The delivery driver called me when he was about 15 minutes away. Both delivery men were very nice and professional.
