I’m not any kind of tech expert by any means—feels dumb to say this but we bought to replace a broken laptop charger; the product directions explicitly say this is not for laptops, but the exterior of the package does not. I’m sure it works fine, but would have saved a trip if it had said so on the exterior of the package.

It’s not compatible to a vacuum cleaner. It doesn’t have enough volts to even charge it. It states that’s it’s for a vacuum cleaner.
