Bought this on sale for very low price - maybe being discontinued? Anyway it works for us. Wanted small TV for kitchen, bedroom, monitor - plus can use it for setting up a receiver etc. for the on screen display when needed. Comes in very handy when need to move it around as weight is around 5 lbs. For the price a nice utility/backup TV.

I needed a tv to put in my husbands bedroom when he got to the point he was bed bound. He loved his sports and tv was easy for him to operate. It was also very easy to bring in from car( lightweight) and easy to hook up to cable, even for someone that’s not tech savvy. Great deal for the money and I’ve not had any problems since it was bought in Nov 2018

So my trusty kitchen tv gave out and needing one quick I ordered this on line. It didn't get here quick enough so I picked one up from Best Buy store. I loved this tv so much, it was so easy to set up and the picture was so unbelievably good that when the one came that ordered on line came I kept that one too!!! Just a really great little tv with an awesome picture.

Installed in our RV bedroom. Thin, light, and has a great picture.

Picked this up for my father-in-law for Christmas. I was looking for a TV that could fit into a certain space; this was it. Compared to the smaller “HD” TV that we replaced; this thing blew it away. Picture quality was outstanding; my FIL noticed the difference Immediately... Picked it up on-sale; very happy with the purchase.

Considering what I paid for this television, I really should be looking over my shoulders. What a steal! No it does not have all of the latest technology built in, but who cares. The picture quality is very good. The sound produced is just right and the size was perfect for my application. One observation. I should have bought two!

Bought this because of it's size. I needed it to fit in a specific slot in my RV (replacing the old TV in the motorhome bedroom). It is the perfect size. We have another small insignia in our house (just a bit bigger). It's a good TV, does the job, and is the perfect size for what I needed.

This is the 2nd one of these exact same we have purchased and really like it. Works great and is the perfect size for us. The value is great and for a 1080p, definately worth the purchase. This one I purchased for my daughter to take to college...just the right price. Getting ready to purchase another!

Easy set up and needed little tweaking. Volume was better than expected. I prefer a pedestal stand for smaller TV but what I got still works. Only used with over the air antenna so far. 480i broadcasts are a lot better OTA than cable due to bandwidth and compression. Will probably keep using it with OTA . Bought at great price so purchase was worth it.

This little TV has great picture quality. The setup is really easy. There is aan audio guide that tells you what to do. I hooked this one up to a antenna and the guide had the channels scanned and the input set within minutes. The 1080p makes the colors and image quality very nice. Didn't cost a lot of money either which is a bonus.

Well made great features inexpensive. I purchased this to install in my bathroom so that I wouldn’t miss my news and other relevant programs but when I turned it on I was happily surprised to see that it was almost as good as my 65 inch Samsung, it is an oddity that any small screen tv has 1080p resolution but this one does. And it also has DTS sound too. I feel like I am using it for less than it’s worth feature wise and I should use it for my main everyday television. It’s a great tv if the size fits your needs it would be great for your main tv or secondary like a dorm or bedroom whatever you need, but in my opinion this great tv is wasted in my bathroom, it doesn’t get used as much as it deserves to be, maybe I’ll move so I can enjoy it to its full potential. It is the best money I have ever spent for so much more than expected. Buy one or two or more this is a great little television for the price.

So far so good. 2 months since purchase have attached a variety of devices, mainly computers, to it. I like how it turns itself off after inactivity. Colors and definition seem pretty good for the dough. My only criticism is that the pedestal is not flexible. There is no tilting or aligning. The only other option is vesa mount. Still it serves my purposes and I would recommend.

1080p for this price is amazing. I bought it to play my PS4 on - the size is perfect as I have a keyboard plugged into it and it isnt a hassle to sit up close to it. The picture is crisp and clean, and the sound is really good, too. At first I had a little trouble with the screws on the legs - you have to give them a bit more pressure than expected while screwing them in but rest assured they are the right screws for the job (as a reply to some reviews I saw that critiqued the legs being wobbly - mine do not wobble at all).

The picture is really good. The only con is fixing the legs. The screws are small and one of the legs wobble even after being fixed by screw driver. Otherwise easily movable and works great with dish network. Small enough for storing in a corner. The legs assembly was not easy.

It's difficult to find a 1080p TV in this 22" size (and/or 24"), let alone for 100 bucks or less. In this size/price range, don't expect a smart TV or built-in tuner. Mine was an Open-Box, Excellent Condition, and it literally looked like someone just opened the box and that was it; everything was packed well/tight so I don't think it was ever even taken out of the box.) Set up was simple, menu-guided...but computer voice/audible directions was unexpected and LOUD--look to turn that off ASAP! Picture's good so far, not sure I'll try to calibrate it--it's a small TV, how "fine" a picture does one expect and will it make a difference? FYI, there's a noticeable difference betw a 22" and a 24" screen even from 10 ft away. This was a bit smaller than I expected--not a fault of the product at all--so I ended up with it in my work-out room than my office.

This TV has excellent clarity and sound. Has features found in the big TV’s and is perfect for the kitchen or a guest room. Purchased at a great price which is not indicative of the enjoyment that it provides. While it’s not a smart TV, just add a Fire Stick and you’re in business.

If the Insignia brand is a hang-up for you when contemplating buying this TV or similar size and spec alternatives, I assure you that the concern is unwarranted. Go shopping for a full HD 1080p 22" display TV and you will find that your choices are extremely limited. This 1080p display in 22" format is superb. If the size is right for your intended application just buy it. The TV is lightweight beyond comprehension. It feels like it weighs about a pound. The sound quality (which is about the only negative aspect referenced in other reviews) isn't even close to bad. You can't really expect to have world class speakers that also fit inside a casing so small. If you are close enough to see the display you will hear this TV just fine.

This 22 inch Insignia tv is a no nonsense capable tv. With 1080p and nice speakers, it's perfect for kitchen or any small space in the house. Plug in a firestick or any streaming media and you're good to go. A digital antenna also works flawlessly.

Great small TV for a small area or room. We use it in our kitchen. Perfect fit for the counter. The picture is 1080p and just beautiful. It works seamlessly with our Roku device and has great features. Great buy for a really low price.
