Called support and was told I had a year manufacturer warranty to claim if needed. Not exactly good customer service especially when it was delivered damaged. Going back to Amazon. The machine lights up and turns on guess im stuck with damaged property unless I want to pay to have this 60lb item returned and mailed back. 180$ for damaged products is not ok. I also didn't ship it to my house so I could return it to a store 30 miles away .

Small & affordable wine cooler

It has a digital temperature control supported by an LED display and touch controls which makes it easy to manage. It also looks cool at night time.

I had to order three times The first two the product came with the front panel broken. But customer service took care of this. On the bad side I was planing to give it to a friend of mine as a surprise. What a surprise he had with a broken front panel.

Awful Service

In the replacement unit again the temperature controls are not working. Spent long time on the phone with Best Buy/Geek Squad but no result. Was asked to bring the unit in to a store. It is not possible for me to do this as unit is large and heavy. In frustration I have kept the unit as storage. Very poor show
