While looking for a wine cooler that could also keep soda and beer cold, we came across this one. Fits plenty of wine and other beverages, stays cold and is nearly silent.

This was delivered dented. Returns were a mess. Couldn't get a second delivery to work even with the help of the store manager, customer service and many sales staff. Spent about 8 hours on calls and several store visits to solve. In the end, just canceled the order.

I gave this wine cooler as a gift and they were very happy!

The glass front door of the cooler arrived broken/shattered. Best Buy sent out a replacement. Again, the glass front door was also broken/shattered. After two dud's were sent out, I took the refund. Good luck.

Bad product - didn't work right out of box. Insignia Customer service just shrugged and said to return it. So I did and I don't plan to buy this brand again. Best Buy customer service was barely better. Only good thing was they processed my refund. Totally bad buying experience.

Looks nice and is fairly compact, has done a good job storing wine and beer for a few years.

I purchased this small wine cooler to use as a beverage cooler instead. It fits perfectly in my home theater room and works great!

I first ordered this for be delivered to my home, bad idea. The packaging is not suitable for shipping and the unit arrived damaged. I returned it to the local store and re-ordered for pick up at the store, much better. The only complaint I have on the unit is the spacing between the wire racks. If you have a bottle that is a little fatter than the normal 750 ml bottle it will not fit.

Honestly more about the service I received from Best Buy than the fridge because I haven’t had the chance to even plug it in. Picked it up yesterday after I had it shipped to the store and when I got it home it was severely dented in two separate places. Upon calling customer service they told me all the could do was have a replacement at the store for me by Wednesday!! This was intended to be a gift for s birthday this weekend and the person who “helped” me made absolutely no effort to come up with a viable solution for me. Very disappointed in the how I was treated and have no intentions of buying anything here again.

I was really pleased with this when I received it, but after a few weeks of use it is malfunctioning without having changed anything. I noticed it started running for hours, so I placed a trusted fridge thermometer inside. The temperature is cycling 20 degrees, 65 to 45, when it is set at 57. Nobody in the reviews has said they checked theirs with a thermometer, but the question posed was answered saying 2 degrees is expected. I will have to haul this to a store and see if they will repair it, since it is six weeks old and can't be returned. Unfortunate because it looks nice, although yes only standard size bottles will fit the racks.

We bought this to free up drinks from our fridge and it works perfect.

I've now had 3 of these delivered and all have been damaged!!! The box is fine but large dents on the corners of all 3. Terrible quality control.
