Great little tv. I placed it in my bedroom for Netflix and video games. The picture is sharp and clear. The only thing is he sound and I'm not sure if it's the tv or my game console but when I watch Netflix I have have to turn the volume all the way up and for video games I need to turn it all the way down to like 8.

I bought this online for $99 on a Cyber Monday sale. I was looking for a respectably branded TV that had at least 1 HDMI port, a USB, and was 1080p. Even though I couldve gotten a better branded TV at 720p (and despite a marginal difference in real life viewing), I didn't want to settle for 720p. Its not a big screen. Obviously you'll know the size when you buy this but for some reason, I expected it to seem bigger despite knowing the measurements. My budget was $150 and I couldnt find a good 28" or 32" around that price so this was just fine. I bought this for my apartment I live in while I'm currently at college. PROS: + 1080p: best picture quality on a budget. Can't go wrong there. + 2 HDMI's: Not one but TWO?!?! For the price, I couldnt find any other TV offering more than 1. Great feature there. +USB. Good for my chromecast. +AUX output. (addressed in the Cons) + Small bezels. +Two legged stand, rather than center middle stand (more sturdy) +Thin profile. +Light weight. +Glow in the dark buttons on remote! Unexpected yet totally awesome feature! CONS: - Speakers: The sound coming out of this TV isn't something you'll want if you like to watch music videos, or want movies with awesome sound or something. If you buy this TV, it will suit 2-3 people just relaxing. Sound is tinny, and at high volumes just will hurt your ears. I recommend getting a set of speakers just to hook up via AUX. It'll be WAY better. I have a UE Megaboom that I just hook up and it makes the viewing experience just so much better. - 60hz. If you like to watch a lot of sports or casually play video games like me, 60hz is definitely a con worth mentioning. Its not detrimental to me, but motion blur is pretty ugly. Again though, it was $99 and Im not serious gamer, and when Im watching sports Im too into the game to even care about it. This TV does not belong in a man cave or a sports/entertainment den. BOTTOM LINE: If you're getting this for an RV, a single bedroom, dorm room, small apartment, etc. It is perfect. Great price that can't really be beat. Bestbuy backed warranty. 1080p. If you're just looking for a simple TV to hook up a gaming console and maybe your laptop for some netflix, this is the perfect TV for you. If you have a budget over $200 and/or want something more than all that this TV offers, there is a simple solution: don't buy it.

We are thrilled with the purchase of the Insignia 24" HDTV. I have it mounted in the corner on the wall by my desk in my home office. I have a Roku 3 (connects via HDMI) for it, and an antenna on our roof for OTA local stations, so I'm set for this little room. I did not want a smart tv and it's becoming harder to find nice small HDTVs that aren't "smart." I didn't want my $$ to be going toward a smart tv when it is of no importance when using Roku - and Roku is a better way to go, IMO. It's a perfect small HDTV for an office, bedroom, or such. Beautiful picture, nice menu, easy to set up, and I love the remote - nicely arranged and easy-to-see buttons. The sound - after custom adjustments via the menu - is just fine for a small tv. I'm a musician and listen to lots of music via Roku on this tv. I was so happy with the price. Exactly what I was looking for - and I had been looking a long time. I purchased a Square Trade warranty for it. My previous office tv was a 19" and was outdated as it had no HDMI. What a leap forward with this Insignia! Five Stars without a doubt.

One dead pixel but a steal for $99

I bought this on a black friday deal about 3 years ago. It was for my college apartment, and I wanted a TV in my room. My criteria was this a) It had to be <$200 b) It had to be 1080p, I wasnt going to settle for 720p c) HDMI d) at least 20" This TV was the perfect fit for my budget and what I was asking for. Most TVs around this price point will be 720p, or like 19" or something odd. Though I obviously wouldve liked a bigger TV at 27"-29", I couldnt find anything that size under $200. The fact that this was $99 was an absolute steal. The remote is a very nice remote for such a simple TV. I love the glow-in-the-dark buttons. Menu was easy to navigate and simple to set up. I LOVE that this has 2 HDMI cables. The fact that I could hook up my xbox and my PC at the same time without switching cables constantly was really nice. The speakers are okay at best, but you cant really ask for much from a $99 tv. They were good enough for a college apartment room. The only single downside for this TV was a single dead pixel in the mid upper right section of the screen. Not noticeable through daily usage unless youre lacking at a lot of black/dark colors. I really cant complain though. For everything you get at this price point for 1080p.....you really cant go wrong. Perfect TV for a bedroom, or other small space.

This is a second TV for our family to keep arguing to a minimum over who has been on it too long, who gets it next, etc. It's a perfect size for the smaller room, light weight and easily moveable, with decent sound quality. No complaints so far.

Needed a new Kitchen TV that would fit beneath the cabinets. This one works great. Since it is so light and since it runs on 12vdc, I am considering putting it in my travel trailer on a wall. Price and quality are a great combination.

This is a great TV, especially for the price. Picture is awesome and the remote is simple. The only thing negative is I do not like the feet. I would have preferred a center stand that tilts.

I needed a TV to replace the 15 year old thirteen inch portable one in my office. I was browsing the Best Buy site and saw this twenty-four inch LED TV for less than $150. I drove the five miles to the store near me. And sure enough there it was marked down from $179 with a bright, beautiful and radiant picture for $149. I purchased one, brought it home and hooked it up. I did not even have to adjust the color. I am very satisfied with this product and especially with the price that I paid. It has a great picture for such and inexpensive TV.

The tv works fine for what it is--something to use in a small space. This was purchased for my son to use with a gaming system in the limited space of his dorm room. Two things that aren't so great for our use case: 1) the stand needs to be screwed in each time, which is a bit of a pain for something that gets boxed and moved regularly. A snap-in style would be better. 2) the power cord has a built-in brick in the plug, which may not work well in confined spaces.

THIS PRODUCT WAS/IS GREAT. I LOVE THE PICTURE QUALITY, AND ALSO THE FACT THAT IT HAS SURROUND-SOUND. I DID NOT EXPECT THAT. IT'S A SMALL SIZE SET AFTER-ALL. THERE ARE LOTS OF CONTROLS ON THE SET THAT YOU CAN PLAY WITH. I HOWEVER; DID NOT GET THE PLEASURE TO PLAY WITH CONTROLS, BECAUSE THE SET BELONGS TO SOMEONE ELSE, WHO DOES NOT LIKE TOO MANY CHANGES.. BUT IT IS AN ENJOYABLE SET TO WATCH.

This TV is pretty good for the price paid and I think there could be improvements made. Everything works well, picture, looks of the TV and the different variety of inputs available. My only issues are the sound quality is mediocre at best and the bases that the TV on are shaky when trying to put it in.
