We are very satisfied with the TV. All the grumbling about poor audio must have been done by people not smart enough to adjust it to their preferred levels. It did sound "tinny" when first turned on but, after turning treble way down and bass up it works just fine.

Purchased the TV for my son's Christmas Dec 16, 2015 now February and the sound keeps going out on it. Turn the TV off for a bit, turn it back on and you get sound for 15min then it goes out again. Called CS who transferred me to my local store where the person who got on the phone was certainly clueless and didnt listen to what as I was saying as she would ask the same question I had previously answered without being prompted. Not happy with TV purchase nor Best Buy's service.

Insignia brand offers great value by providing excellent features you'd pay more for with global brands. Really like 1080p resolution and full host of inputs needed for gaming. Would like to see Insignia offer 1080p in 28" screen size.

my last tv broke and this one is the same brand, its running fine so far except I can't adjust the picture size and subtitles; otherwise don't understand why I have to write so many words or what this review is for or for whom.

I use this as a monitor for my laptop, it has the mounting capabilities on the back so I used a standard mount to clamp it to my table and all I have to do is turn the power on. Only thing it struggles with is contrast ratios.

Needed a higher quality graphic but for a small space for my son, actually ended up being a little smaller than we thought, but suits the needs just fine. Had to buy some cords for connections.

The router recommended by the associate far exceeded our expectations. We can reach full length of house and the backyard with wifi with it alone. Will be back to buy another one for our primary residence!

Purchased this TV for my youngest sons bedroom and his game play...No issues to speak of and no issues setting the TV up...Does what its supposed to...No complaints at all!

Works great and not hard to set up. Replaced an existing TV that did not have good reception, especially on local channels. I have antennae and this tv has no problem getting all of my channels.

I like buying the Insignia brand monitor since it is the Best Buy store brand. Any problems and you can just bring it back to them. Although I have never had a problem with the monitors.

Bought to replace a 20" hanging in my bedroom. It was a Sharp and it had a Better screen. At full Sharpness there are dull edges on faces and close up items.

Not purchased any Insignia products before but this seems like a Good, light TV for the Kitchen. Did purchase a two year warranty though.

Not too bad for a entry level tv. Good choice when larger tv's are not an option.

Bought for a kitchen TV, didn't need something big or the best technology. Good for what we are using it for.

Great tv, it has a great picture. Awesome sound. It was a good purchase.

You get the most options for the least money. The sound is a little tinny like most flat screens so hooked up external speakers

The audio is not the best, I would like a sound bar that is about 24 inches wide to fit the smaller tv. .

I was only getting this TV for my spare bedroom, so I wasn't concerned about it being above average quality. But, I unpleasantly surprised to find that it ended up being below average quality. The picture is fine, but the sound leaves a lot to be desired. It has a hollow, echo sound to it. I tried the different sound settings, but it didn't improve much.

Speaker sound could be better. Good color. Ease of use.

This TV was very easy to install and is easy to operate.
