Good unless you want to access local Cable.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The TV set up pretty easy with all my apps for a smart TV, Except the local cable company app. I was disappointed that I am not able to set up for local cable and when I went searching for work-arounds was told I need to get a ROKU. That is Not what I wanted to hear. Otherwise the picture is good and it fit my needs especially for the price.

It's a Full HD Smart Fire TV
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just needed a small screen smart tv and this unit fit the bill. I am overall pleased with the Insignia and I would recommend it to anyone who plans on using it in a kitchen, home office, bedroom, and etc. If you are considering it for a pc monitor; that is, settle for a dedicated computer monitor. Also, it was extremely easy to set up.

Good value at $90, wouldn't pay much more.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good picture, decent sound, but brother, is it slow! Just 4 gigs of internal RAM so it spends a good amount of time switching between apps and sometimes even has trouble starting them at all. Once you're in, though, it's a a pleasure to watch. Does NOT make for a good second monitor, not sure why.

Just an OK TV
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The picture is really good. The sound isn't bad. Not made for a very big room, but a bedroom it's just fine. Remote is sluggish and not very responsive. Often have to hit the same button several times to get the tv to respond. And, yes, I've put in fresh batteries a couple times. Over all it's an ok TV

This is one WOW little TV
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Doesn't cost much, yet does it all. Hooked it up to an antenna for local stations -- love the programming guide! Streams just about everything. It's only our kitchen TV, but now we don't need to leave the kitchen. (One thing missing, though: Controls that are actually ON the TV set itself. Lose the remote and you're dead.)

Nice TV
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had this TV over 3 months and I'm very happy with the purchase. It's perfect size for my office. It has a great picture, I highly recommend that you use the picture controls to set it to your liking - the default settings, while acceptable, do NOT allow this TV to shine! You'll definitely want to play with the Brightness and Contrast settings to find your perfect view. The speakers are actually not too bad for a TV this size and at this price point. I was watching a movie last night that was using Dolby Digital and the soundscape was really quite nice. I think you'll be surprised - of course, this all depends on the environment you are placing the TV in... YMMV Lots of inputs on the back of this thing. My only disappointment with the TV is that it makes a substandard computer monitor. Hard to get a resolution that looks good on my Mac. As a TV, great device! Out of the box, the FireTV interface is a tad slow but wait a minute and it will update to the latest FireTV OS which is MUCH faster and responsive (to answer previous reviews complaining about this). All in all, I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Can't be Beat for the Price
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I didn't know what to expect as I have never purchased a "budget" Best Buy TV before. This purchase was for a spare bedroom and I knew a smart tv would really be a great addition for visiting family. Unboxing and setup - great picture - very decent sound - easy WiFi setup - good OTA TV tuner (picked up the station ok with a simple indoor antenna I purchased separately) - Added streaming apps for the services we subscribe to. - Great simple remote, since this is a Fire TV Alexa is built into the TV and the remote integrates and provides the microphone. - many inputs (more than I needed for my simple setup) At this point I don't have any real negatives to speak of. I have a larger (55") in the living room which is by another maker and this little TV seems as fast with loading apps. We will see how it holds up over the next few month but for now it more than meets the need for use in a spare bedroom and then some.

Great replacement tv for my bathroom
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this tv to replace a broken one in my bathroom. I have not had a Fire TV before, so I wasn't expecting access to online content. I now have more entertainment options I wasn't aware of. I find the tv is of nice quality, but it is a bit slow, which may be the result of my internet speed. I would recommend this tv.

Meets my needs
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this for use in the kitchen. So far, it has been good for what I had bought it for. The TV has a good picture, good selection of apps and Alexa makes it easier to find things with minimum clicking around

Nice little TV for a tight space
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nice TV for a location where you need a small unit such as a utility room, sewing room, etc. Good picture. Sound, like most other small flat screens isn't great. However, the documentation that came with the remote states that the bottom 2 of the 4 "quick-access" buttons can be programmed to whatever streaming app the customer wants. Not true. The 4 buttons are, Netflix, Prime, Disney+ and Hulu. The bottom2 are Disney+ and Hulu which I would like to reprogram, but I called technical support and they told me that it could not be done.

Insignia 24in Class F20 Series Smart Fire TV
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We were looking for a small TV for a stay in a rented trailer which did not provide one. The one we bought fit well, and the picture was excellent when we were able to receive a signal. We had no other means of getting programs in our location.

New small 24” smart tv
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worth the money! Great deal! We took it camping and watched high school playoff football games while we were sitting around the campfire in 45 degree weather. The tv is super lightweight and the picture is very sharp. I wish it had a little bit longer cord so that an extension cord would not be needed. That is our only con against many pros.

Great TV at a great price.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is an excellent TV and a super great value. Perfect for bedroom with clear, rich picture and good sound. The Fire TV remote is like a fire stick remote and has no numeric keys. As such you have to skroll through the channel guide with no direct number input. However you just have to get use to it and it is not bad.
