I ourchased this tv for our master bathroom with little expectation but the picture qyality is fantastic & extremely user friendly.

The picture quality of the TV is really nice but when using the remote it does tend to lag when moving between apps or loading the settings (can even take a minute for setting options to load).

An excellent bedroom or office TV. Good sound, great, crisp color video. Easy to install and use. I use the Internet for my antenna.

If I could give this negative 100 stars I would! Total lemon. Unfortunately, my daughter (who we bought this for) went into the hospital (the day we picked it up for her) and so getting it returned was at the bottom of my priority list. Right now it is sitting on the startup screen. I tried to push the power button to turn it off because it obviously wasn't starting up anymore and it didn't respond. I have had to unplug and re-plug this TV hundreds of times. We've put multiple sets of fresh batteries in the remote. It usually doesn't respond to remote clicks until some time later. Like if you click over 4 times you can wait a minute (no kidding) and then it will finally click over 4 times. The app in use doesn't matter. It behaves this way on all the apps. It stalls, is unresponsive, takes forever to start up and load apps, etc. There is literally ONE app we try to use. PBS kids. That's it. This TV CANNOT handle it. This is literally the worst device I have ever owned. My son's TV (Insignia™ - 32" Class F20 Series LED HD Smart Fire TV) doesn't have a single issue like this. The TV has so many issues I can't even remember them all. Every interaction with it is frustrating. I have reset it to factory settings and reformatted it and it behaves the same. Whatever this model is, is a lemon.

Purchased TV for my mom, her first smart tv. Very easy to set up and very easy for her to use. Great picture for size and price.

Nice little TV—just right for my camper. Excellent picture,but limited ability to adjust it or sound (probably doesn’t matter with tiny,tinny speakers). As a longtime Roku user, the FireTV is way inferior both in channel availability and, especially, ease of usage.

Good crisp TV, the remote is weak and needs to be direct at the TV with no obstructions.

Good picture quality and sound. Color is also good. We use in our bathroom for news in the mornings.

Bought this TV for my sailboat. When I'm near a wifi the "smart" TV works great for getting netflix and wifi TV. When I'm anchored out I put my indoor antenna on the deck of the boat and I can get as many as 40 channels. I replaced my 20" with this 24" and it smaller in size because the 20" had a frame plus speakers in the front. Great picture and easy remote control.

Great replacement TV for RV or Camper. Perfect size to replace a low def old camper TV and it has all the modern connections and streaming capabilities.
