BEST BUY's INSIGNIA 24" F20 FULL HD SMART TV is a little gem that will satisfy and delight for years to come. For starters, you need to know that FHD is the new term for 1080 HDTV--the broadcast HD standard before affordable 4K hit the scene. Isn't 4K 'Better'? Given the small 24" screen size, and assuming you'll be viewing it from 5' away or more--the human eye is hard pressed to perceive any difference in quality. So yes, 1080P is the perfect resolution for a 'small' HD TV. Straight out of the box, plug and play is easily set up, and the picture quality is pretty darn good! There have been complaints about sound quality, but bear in mind that the 24" F20 is unlikely to be used in serious home theater applications. Dolby Stereo does its thing insofar as spacial effects, and the sound is crisp and legible in small rooms. Of course, there are ample connections for inputs, and the set is easily connected to the audio system of your choice. This set is small and light enough to carry around--just remember to NEVER grab it from the actual LED screen. If you do, it will be instantly ruined. Seeing how this rule applies to ALL LED screens, the INSIGNIA is not particulary delicate or vulnerable. Personally, I only ever use the built in FIRE TV app, which offers far more contents than I'd ever need. BEST OF ALL, this high quality set can be had for under $80! At that price point, it's practically a steal! BEST BUYS 'INSIGNIA' house brand is a class act...buy with confidence!

Bought on black friday deal month. Not disappointed, actually a good little tv. Great picture and sound when turned up. Cant beat it for the price.

I bought this for my daughter to take to college. Great little TV for a dorm room, with the built in FireTV, you get all the major streaming apps you need.

The TV was super easy to set up. It has a great crystal clear picture for the size of the screen. I love that it's a 1080 i for a 24-in size. I'm very happy it's it was a little hard to assemble the legs just based off of trying to get your screwdriver and the screw into the hole just from a design perspective. But aside from that, super easy to use and set up

Good resolution and smart features. Quick easy set up. Great deal with freebees. However, the Alexa enabled activation malfunctions and now does not work after resetting tv. The remote has no buttons. The screen goes blank periodically, the volume has to be tuned to a higher level to hear moderately. Checked reviews other users experiencing similar/same issues and some no problems. Checking with customer service for options.

Very impressed with the value, picture, and level of adjustments incorporated in this TV. The picture quality is outstanding for price. There are numerous color levels, tint, white balance, etc. I was able to achieve an excellent black and white picture, which is absolutely necessary for a good natural balanced color. Also, the black level is very respectable, giving an excellent overall picture. Sound is reasonable, as this TV has larger speakers than many other sets. A couple negatives I noted - there isn't any way to directly enter a channel from the remote, and the set is thicker in rhe back than many sets. Overall, an excellent buy...

Replaced my under cabinet tv as it finally quit working. Found this inexpensive Insignia. It fit perfectly and works great. Easy to set up and has a great picture.

This TV is just the right size for the stand it’s on. The picture and color are crystal clear. The sound is also perfect. And I love that it is a smart TV as well.

Bought TV Labor Day weekend on sale for 99.99 + tax. This TV is replacing a 2 year old wall-mounted Vizio that has failed due to pointless updates that have made it hard to use! I don't have a whole lot to say except that the picture quality is very good, and sound quality is at or a little above average! The Fire TV Os works really well and has lots of apps and features! streaming quality is also very good! Also like that this has 3 HDMI inputs and bluetooth. So far, the only complaint is streaming while using bluetooth. Signal interference may affect streaming performance, especially while using 2,4ghz for bluetooth & wifi! TV is located in upstairs front bedroom and wifi-connected gateway is located in main floor living room. would not be surprised if I had streaming issues sometimes do to signal strength from long distance between TV and router. Router is also 2 1/2 + years old and may be starting to fail! Other than that, I haven't really had any other real issues will. update if there are changes. If you need a small tv for a small space, for a good price, this is a good find!

This TV was very easy to set up. Once set up, it was very easy to navigate. Nice picture . I would recommend this TV to anyone. If I have to choose something that I would change would be the stand. I prefer a single stand in the middle of the screen.

It works perfectly for my husband. We bought this for him to watch TV during his downtime. He is a truck driver. The TV was easy to set up and connect to his hotspot. The picture is perfect, and downloading the streaming apps was easy. It was so easy he could even do the process himself, and he is not tech-savvy.
