The only complaint is i purchased this as an "open box" and everthing in the box was unused except the remote. Whe setting up the the tv, the remoted would not connect to the tv. After considerable toubleshooting, I called technical support for Insignia and it was determined the remote was bad. They shipped out and new remote that work great. I appears someone at the store may gave switched out the remote with the bad one.

It has a very sharp and colorful picture quality with my cable. Since it has 3 HDMI inputs, I also have my computer and DVD connected. It is very easy to switch back-and-forth. Very easy to set up. I highly recommend.

The viewing angle is terribly narrow. Get more than 10-15 degrees away from head on and the picture starts to look like the contrast is way out of whack. The wider you get the worst the picture. The sales guy didn't mention that.
