I have found over the years that Insignia TV's are excellent and at less price than name brands. I could not be happier with this product for the price.

The remote has no numeric pad. Consequently to change channels one must go through all of the intermediate channels. There seems to be no way to remove from the list of channels ones never watched. In addition it isn't possible to press one button to return to the previous channel. The set seems to be designed primarily for streaming; not watching TV.

The screen looks very good and is a pleasure to watch. There are two not so good things to be aware of. First, I mounted this in my travel trailer and when I attached the mount, two of the screw mounts pulled out of the plastic back of the TV. They pulled out before I had the screw all the way in so it was not because I honked it down too hard. To me this is not a forgivable thing as it is not somethign you would expect to be faulty just because it is a low priced item. The second is that this tv only has 4gb of ram. After it was all setup and the apps downloaded I was getting low memory messages. I deleted all the preloaded things I could, but 4gb is really very much and may present people with unfortunate task of making decisions about which apps they can have loaded.
