Description is wrong, if not intentionally misleading. Remote doesn't have a number key-pad for changing channels. You have to go to the channel menu or guide and scroll through all the channels to get to the one you want. Voice command doesn't work unless you have an Amazon account, are logged into your account and the TV is connected to the internet. If you lose power or unplug the TV, the next time you turn it on it goes through a long boot-up and load process (fortunately it doesn't loose any settings). The user manual doesn't give you any information about all the settings. It has the worst energy rating in its class.
