Great picture, easy to add devices to. Simple to add streaming services like apple tv or Netflix. Easy to assemble. Very lightweight and easy to move around. Hooked up to WiFi easily. Not a bad price for a fine product. I do hope i can get 5 or more years out of it before it’s outdated.

I'm incredibly happy with this purchase, b/c the last one that I had really reached the end of its life and just had no memory left available. I needed to replace the one in my kitchen - just to have the news or some YouTube or reruns playing while I'm in there cooking - and once I got this hooked up and mounted up on the wall, it was no time before it had all of my old apps loaded back onto it, and I was signed back into everything and playing at lightning speed! The color is bright, the sharpness is perfect, and the sound is twice as clear as before.

Very happy with the Insignia 24" F20 Series LED Smart Fire TV. It is so easy to watch programming and not need a Roku, Fire Stick or other additional device. The clarity is great, the connection and setup easy. I love that it's WiFi enabled so I don't need it hardwired. It's very portable. Not too big and not too small. My wife loved moving it to the kitchen counter when she was doing her holiday baking. It is easily moved to another location when wanted elsewhere. Very happy with the purchase. I would not recommend a smart tv though for someone who isn't tech savy or is losing the skillset. The remote doesn't have the standard numbered buttons for changing channels so this wouldn't be the best choice for an aging parent or grandparent.

My decision to give this 5 stars takes into account its low price vs. performance rather than performance alone. I bought it to replace a 17 year old 20" Magnavox flat screen that was used as a kitchen TV. I'm still getting used to its many more features than the Magnavox which was very basic. I'm using it primarily as an antenna TV and occasionally to view YouTube videos via WiFi. Pros; Good tuner, good picture, good sound volume for its size, lots of features. Cons: Narrow viewing angle washes out the color, confusing feature navigation, overly simple remote. Overall, I'm pleased with the purchase.

My old 19" TV was going out, so this seemed like the best replacement. The quality of the picture is not as good as I had hoped...doesn't seem as clear as my 15 year old Sharp was. From a side angle it looks very washed out, so you pretty much have to view it straight on. The sound is fairly good. It was generally easy to set up. There isn't really a lot of choice for small TVs, and this was pretty much it for a 24 inch. The price was reasonable even though I didn't get it on sale. Recommended as long as you keep your expectations reasonable. It doesn't seem like the manufacturers put a lot of effort into small TVs.

Good TV for small rooms (kitchen, dorms, RVs, etc.). Hard to find a 1080p (FHD) 24" TV. Picture is great looking straight on, but washes out as you walk to the side. There are NO numeric buttons on the remote and this is very inconvenient when watching OTA digital channels. I have not used the smart Fire connection (I only use OTA channels) so I can't comment on that feature.

IT IS A GREAT product. Beautiful color, and easy to use.

In all fairness, my bar for a new tv for the bedroom was pretty low. I wanted a smart TV, because all I planned to do was stream on it. I wanted it to be relatively small, to be able to sit it on a table or hang it, depending on what worked best in the room. Of course, I also wanted a clear picture quality and the sound to be clear as well. I got all that for a ridiculously low price. One of the things I really appreciate about this TV is how easy the setup is--I have a remedial skill level when it comes to these things, and I got it hooked up and working within a half-hour. By myself. So if you've ever struggled with something like this, trust me when I say you will feel like a rock star when you turn that sucker on, and---it comes ON. Seriously, though, I haven't had it for too long, but so far it's worked out very well. I'm very pleased with my purchase, and would buy Insignia again.

This is the third Insignia LED Smart Fire TV I have purchased. While I have a high end TV in my living room, I purchased two larger F30's for my bedroom and guest room, and this 24" F20 for my kitchen. For the price, these are phenomenal TV's! The picture quality is extremely good, and the Fire TV operating system is quite fast. The voice remote has Alexa built in, and is highly functional. With my Prime subscription I get a wide variety of free channels and tons of streaming content. You can, of course, add channels by subscribing to other streaming services. The sound quality isn't the greatest, but is certainly acceptable. If you want to upgrade it, you can simply add a sound bar. Beyond that, I have absolutely no complaints. These TV's are quite slim, and are very attractive. Most of all, the prices cannot be beat! This TV is worth every dime of its price! I highly recommend!

This 24" Westinghouse Full HD-Smart TV packs a wallop of a punch for its size and light weight. It has all the modern features of a "smart" TV, plus excellent sound quality. And it fits perfectly on the kitchen counter facing our breakfast room - for morning coffee & casual dinners. At a really good price!

I purchased this F20 1080p TV as a replacement to a 24" LG TV in my RV. This requires a 110V outlet so must be used on inverter power (which my old LG did as well.) On a small TV, I wasn't expecting the picture quality of 1080p to really stand out, but it does! The TV's picture quality is superior to the LG, as is the sound. And the matte display is far more viewable in the lighting conditions in the RV than the glossy display the LG had. The most welcome change however was the ease of the menus, speed of the TV to start-up and scan channels, and the number of over-the-air channels it could pull in. The old LG might get 9-12 channels using a Winegard powered antenna, but this Insignia TV pulls in well over 60 channels when I tried it in an RV campground in Escondido, California. Great TV and an oustanding value.

I needed an inexpensive monitor to mount on a wall in front of a treadmill to make my morning run less boring. This fits the bill. The color is sharp and it fits in the space I have available. The sound quality is good and the setup is very easy.

Purchased this TV to replace and older 22" Insignia. It was a quick and easy set-up. Love the fact this is a Fire TV, so no need to purchase a Fire Stick for it. Good picture with excellent colors. With speakers facing downward, the sound is very clear and not muffled at all. Great TV for kitchen or smaller room. Truly happy with this TV and highly recommend if you are looking for smaller TV.

I purchased this Insignia 24” Class F20 Full HD Smart Fire TV to replace a smaller and older TV in my home office. Somehow I missed the “Fire TV” in the description so I was pleasantly surprised to find that the TV is preloaded with the same features as if you’re using an Amazon Firestick. This TV is an excellent value for the price, plus I got it on sale. Picture quality is great - very clear and crisp. Sound quality is good, although I do have it connected to a small Yamaha sound bar that’s perfect for a TV of this size, largely because I prefer the more robust sound of a soundbar. An added bonus is that is has Bluetooth, which is easy to connect. WiFi connectivity is seamless, with no intermittent glitching. Apps were downloaded very quickly. The remote functions similar to a Firestick and has Voice Remote using Amazon Alexa. The only “Con” and it’s not a dealbreaker for me, is the layout of the Homescreen. The Homescreen is pretty congested with what I would call ads for whatever is showing on Prime Video. I’m a Roku user and find Roku’s Homescreen interface a lot cleaner and easier to navigate. Overall this is a great little TV and I would definitely recommend.
