    over all is a good product but I noticed is you can not shut off the fireTV or AppleTV in the setting. So everytime you turn the TV on, It shows up, delaying the TV upon startups. other then that it good.

    Remote with voice control is noice, apps are quick and handy, like that you can install 3rd party apps for unique content. Cheap. Wish it had higher resolution, but good for the price. Great that it is VESA compliment. Mostly why I got this so I an use on my monitor amr.

    I really like this TV, but wish it had blue tooth capability. I use it in my bedroom & it hangs on the opposite wall from the head of my bed. Having a speaker on the table next to my bed would be great. Wish Alexa could take on that job

    Picture/Design fine. Needed for alarm.com security camera app real time viewing. Wanted 32 but pacific NW been out of stock since BF although plenty in other parts of US. BB did not have ship option available. Hence 1 star off as not size I wanted and can't find software update (manual worthless).

    The legs that are attached to the bottom of the tv could be a better design--puts the tv upright, almost forward and hard to view.

    This is possibly the worst TV I have ever had. It started malfunctioning quite soon after it was set up by having the buttons on the remote not working and the screen flashing on and off. I called Geek Squad who instructed me to unplug the TV and then plug it back in. This worked for a few days. I called again and they offered to send me a new remote. They sent me a remote for a Toshiba which doesn’t work. They also recommended a factory reset which I haven’t done yet. It galls me that I spent more money than the TV cost to have it set up and I might have to return it. What happened to customer service and quality items? I don’t have a car so I will probably have to Uber it to Best Buy to return it. And I will lose the money I spent on installation and setup. By rights they should send someone out with a different TV and set it up at no cost while returning this useless set.
