When Hurricane Ian hit my home on September 28, 2022 at 155 miles per hour with me inside, I lost everything, home unlivable, almost lost my life as well. My 24" LG TV with Mohu antenna, 3 months old, destroyed. Sheltering in Ca, Best Buy would not do a warranty replace for me. Six months later, finally in a home, went to Best Buy to buy a LG and antenna. None in stock, sold me an Insignia & RCA antenna, assuring me that it would pick up PBS, which is about all that I watch. RCA antenna with feeble little legs flops around and does not pick up much. Insignia TV blanks out for no reason, message on screen," no signal, check to see if device connected," intermittent pixelation as well. Having purchased this April 1, I decided to move it around a bit yesterday to see if I could get better results. I could not. I will be 73 years old. All I wanted was to watch PBS again. I yearn for the days when things simply worked, customer service meant someone cared, and if you had questions or issues, you could speak with a human, not a robot.

Picture is good but could be better

Bought this product and used solely for my security cameras. I have not tried it for tv mode but I feel like the picture could definitely be better.

Don't get the OPEN BOX item!

However, this OPEN BOXED item was deemed as being in EXCELLENT CONDITION with all contents included. All the contents were included but the picture on this thing was in bad shape as there was shading in the picture to where you could see the backlight and the top bezel was separated from the screen. I'm sure this tv has a nice screen resolution but someone goofed on this one. Sending it back for refund. Guess I'll go for brand new.

Simple TV

Beware

TV started rebooting for no reason. Forgot internet sign on. Got second one out and it started to do the same thing within a hour.

It is NOT a smart tv so don’t buy it and get home all disappointed for not having apps but if you want something for your 4 year old then get it

Lemon Alert

To my dismay it repeatedly switches itself of for no apparent reason and the only way to power it back on is to unplug it from the mains. Unfortunately I now can’t return it or get a replacement because it’s past “Best Buy’s” standard return period. To add insult to injury the price has since dropped by $10 since I bought it. If you’re considering buying this size & model TV, you’re better off going with a different brand.

Damaged

When I got the TV ready to set-up the top was separated from the screen. I immediately took it back, They quickly refunded my money.
