    Unfortunately, the box that the TV came in was damaged. When I got the TV ready to set-up the top was separated from the screen. I immediately took it back, They quickly refunded my money.

    The item was as expected BUT the delivery time was way off! I needed this for work and was given a date of delivery almost a week off.

    Not very happy with this purchase. Picture quality is lacking an sound is very weird. Purchased a Insignia a couple of years ago which this TV is replacing which was much better until it suddenly died in January. Feel like it did not last very long either. Not sure I will purchase an Insignia TV again. Very disappointed.

    Cable remote never did work. Picture is minimally acceptable. It was cheap, bought it for a guest room who we don’t people to occupy for too long.

    Using this as a remote monitor for a security DVR. It's OK but not as sharp a picture as the LG it replaced.

    Purchased for a child's bedroom. Did not come with a remote control even though instruction manual stated there should be one. The TV does not have buttons you can manually use which is odd. I purchased a universal remote to use since I don't have time to take it back to the store. Works fine otherwise.

    The second TV works fine, now. The first time it was delivered poorly packaged. The interior screen was cracked. The 2 TV stands/legs were both left. I ordered excellent geek squad certified instead I got satisfactory. It was fair at best. Everything from the first delivery to having to return the TV was a headache and hassle.

    TV worked great for a year and 7 months. I heard a pop and the sound went out, then a few minutes later the picture shrunk. I've had many name brand TV's over the years, and have a 15 year old Sony that still works great. Thought I'd give the Insignia Best Buy brand a try. Never again.
