Sound quality is alright good enough but not the best

The first time it happened I had to take it to the store and they had to send it out. One month later they couldn't fix it so we could get another one well after 3 weeks the same thing happened. So since it is 3 weeks later have to go through the same process. NOT HAPPY

Took it to the Geek Squad and they junked it. Gave me credit for the purchase so I spent a little more money and bought an LG. It was a better value.
