    We have purchased many basic televisions over the years and most are still working. I intentionally purchased a non smart tv as I use it as a repeated extension from the cable box via coax. For whatever reason this tv does not work well. The picture is marginal at best.

    Open Box, sold without any quality check

    I bought this as "Open Box Excellent". It is not turning on - not with the Input push button, nor with the Remote Control. Selling an open box product without checking that much? It is not the way Best Buy used to make business. Returned, exchanged for a new one. Story continues (sorry to say).

    Bought Jan. 1st, dead on Feb. 5th.

    Today is the 5th of February 2021, I bought this tv on the 1st of January 2021. It's dead. It worked last night and this morning it does nothing. Even the little red power light is off. What a shotty TV. Even on sale it's not worth buying. And the 2 week return window, what a fecking joke.

    Clerk said would play USB jpg slideshow and mp4 video but does not plaay mp4s. He was too busy watching the superbowl on best buys super-sized screens. Returning tomorrow

    Arrived in good time, though the housing is warped

    I have not plugged it in yet to see if it works - the housing on the back is warped as if melted in the su!n. Do not know why, except it was out on my front porch for the day because the delivery people can't walk two steps further to place package in the porch where they are out of sight.

    Sales Rep was Good He located TV in back room.Problem:Can play only ONE Channel.Have had a TV repair man,a talented niece,and today my daughter-in law unable to make it play or locate more than 1 channel All are convinced problem is the TV itself.Will return this week.

    Do not buy insignia products there very defective they don't honor warranty and if they do, the product will be defective. Also too many. Too many problems. Do not buy. Beware

    I bought this TV in March of 2021 year and the screen burnt out June of 22. That's should not of happened. A year and 4 months...tvs should last longer than that.

    I bought this for camping. I worked when I got it home but the first time I try to use it camping, there is no picture. Just audio. Unfortunately it's too late to return it. Cheap TV. I would recommend spending a little more for one that works. The screen flashes left half then right half back and forth.

    I have bought 3 of these TV's over the past 8 months. They only last a month or two and then the screen starts to get lines and eventually turns all black. Very disappointed.

    I purchased this TV then I realized that I needed something a little bigger. I returned this TV for a 39 and for the space the upgrade was worth it.

    We bought two tv’s because we are a homeschool family and will be using streaming services next school year. When we got the tv’s we were having our house painted and new floors put in so the tv’s were put in a safe place but not opened. After we opened the tv’s one of them had a cracked screen. We took the tv to exchange and they said they would not exchange. This was very disappointing. We didn’t want a refund or money we just wanted a tv without a cracked screen. This was done while being shipped to us.

    had issues with it maintaining pic--kept having lines and then would freeze or blackout. They said it happens a lot with these and just returned it.

    Picture quality is okay, but I noticed screen is freezing some times. I know this is one of the cheap TV in the market. I am using this for my store. Overall just okay.

    I bought this tv but I returned it yes it was smaller but also the remote wasn’t working I couldn’t get to see a channel or anything it was an open box maybe another tv remote was put in there
