    I thought this was a smart TV and it definitely wasn’t one. I am so sad but it’s too late to take it back as I already mounted on my kitchen wall!

    I've had 2 22" Vizio smart tvs. The one I use most on the kitchen counter finally drove me to buy this new Insignia. The Vizio took 3 minutes to power on, only to have the main logo displayed, then the entire screen filled with channel line-up. Trying to navigate from smart screen inputs to over-the-air display live tv would take 5 minutes. Then, if you'd try to change channels, it took 7 or so seconds to go from channel to channel!! Ever time I re-started the tv, I'd have to through the same routine. I would change imput and settings, but this would happen ever time!!! ...... This new little Insignia is PERFECT! The sound is rich and very clear, plenty enough to fill the entire kitchen and into the living room. The picture is VERY clear and an "8" of 1-10 in crispness and clarity! VERY close to 1080p for sure! The remote is big enough and squared-off edges that allows for a good wide grip on it. The channels change fast, too! I don't have cable, and after doing the scan, I get 24 ota channels. I don't need a laggy, overmade "smart" tv for my kitchen. This I think is probably THE best $60 I've ever spent!! Great product.

    Product arrived damaged, customer service was great. Had to pay out of pocket to return it. Very disappointed.

    Was really happy with it until it died after 1.5 yrs later. Now I consider it a total piece and would never consider buying another one. Very disappointing.

    Poor quality I guess I get what I paid for counseling goes out pixel show constantly have got to plug it unplug reboot and boutique in wish I never would have bought it

    This TV was really bad. It was Black Friday special for a reason. The sound did not work well AT ALL. I returned it.
