Not a Smart Tv

What a great little TV... I love this.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had 2 22" Vizio smart tvs. The one I use most on the kitchen counter finally drove me to buy this new Insignia. The Vizio took 3 minutes to power on, only to have the main logo displayed, then the entire screen filled with channel line-up. Trying to navigate from smart screen inputs to over-the-air display live tv would take 5 minutes. Then, if you'd try to change channels, it took 7 or so seconds to go from channel to channel!! Ever time I re-started the tv, I'd have to through the same routine. I would change imput and settings, but this would happen ever time!!! ...... This new little Insignia is PERFECT! The sound is rich and very clear, plenty enough to fill the entire kitchen and into the living room. The picture is VERY clear and an "8" of 1-10 in crispness and clarity! VERY close to 1080p for sure! The remote is big enough and squared-off edges that allows for a good wide grip on it. The channels change fast, too! I don't have cable, and after doing the scan, I get 24 ota channels. I don't need a laggy, overmade "smart" tv for my kitchen. This I think is probably THE best $60 I've ever spent!! Great product.

Would never buy again

Doesn't last
