I was greatful to find I could use the new one easily. The picture is sharp & the changing channels is much quicker. I was also glad that the ‘favorites’ button was on the remote. The price was excellent

Best Buy would not honor any warranty returns, exchanges, etc. We needed a smaller tv for a small space so had to go with another insignia one. This time went for the 24 in one. So far so good, but it's only been about a month. The speakers seemed to be improved and the picture is clear. The price was right too. Hope this one lasts longer than the first one.
