the quality, clarity, sharpness, brilliance, and color on this TV is so outstanding that it is beyond compare. I own four other big screen TVs in my home which are multifunction SMART TVs and this Insignia may not have all the functions that the SMART TVs have but it has the best quality picture than these more expensive TVs could ever match.

For such a lightweight TV, this one is very nice. The pictures are crisp, the sound is very good, and it was very easy to setup. I may have to get one for my kitchen, I like to listen and watch while I prepare meals, and I am not bothered with a bunch of background noise.

Bought this tv for my blind mother to just get the local starions. Perfect size to just sit on a desk. It has amazing sound and picture for a 24” tv and i highly recommend for someone that just wants something simple.

I was looking for a 24" tv to fit in my kitchen to replace a Samsung tv that had died. I always look at Bestbuy to see if they have any open boxed and they did. Great little tv...sound is not too bad but not a deal breaker for me.

I haven't used much yet as i bought it for portability to easily carry outside for summer outdoor viewing. It seems o.k. trying it but the sound seems a bit weak and scratchy at higher volumes but for only $55 after B.B. coupon and sale pricing, I didn't find any others close to the price. hopefully I will be able to hear it decent outdoors. especialy on warm evenings.

This TV is just what my parents were looking for. They were looking to replace their old TV in the kitchen and did not want a smart TV. This model has beautiful picture quality and sound at a very affordable price.

Great color and detail. Very simple stupid. Love it! I have it between two computers in my home office. The screen is about the same size and the clarity of the picture is comfortable to the Computers. We are thinking of getting one for the guest bedroom.

TV was easy to set up with on screen guide. Works well. Nice picture. Works well with DVD. Good value when bought on sale.

Good viewing angle over 60 degrees' sound is tinny but sufficient for a small room. I use the earphone jack and added speakers for more bass. Remote is easy to use and accesses all the features are very easy. I would recommend it to others, however, I can not say hw long it will last. Of my last two LED TV's one lasted nine weeks before failing and the other has run several months without any problems. All the units were Samsung.

The young gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and helpful in making sure my account information was up-to-date, providing my item to me as well as answering my questions. I got my TV at a good price and it was easy to set up. Thank you Best Buy.

The picture is bright and clear, the cost of the product was reasonable, and the television is very light and easy to handle. This television really was a Best Buy--and the curbside service was great. As soon as we arrived at the parking lot and input the information needed, the television was brought out--no muss, no fuss--by a very polite and professional associate.
