I knew the TV that I wanted. I have another Insignia TV 34", so I thought about buying the same brand name again. I did have to buy small size of Phillips head screwdriver, since I did not have one at home. I am happy with my new TV! I was glad it was on sale too! The employees at Best Buy, have always been helpful to me. Thanks for your service!

Easy delivery, easy install had me couch potatoing it within an hour.

No brainer, would prefer to repair than discard, but even I can't argue this one.
