Very good picture, but lacking in other ways.

Also, the tv guide does not retain the programming schedule. It won't show what programs are available until after you select a channel...doesn't do much good that way...I want to know what is on a channel before I select it. And if you change channels, the previous channel programming disappears. I would only recommend this to someone who wants the most basic of TV.
