The reviews were good and price seem fair, but I am very very dissapointed and waited to long to install now I cant return because its past 30 days its been 36 days. Dishwasher does not clean well leaves food stuck on and if you use heat dry option the food is stuck on and heat dried on! I rinse all my dishes before putting in washer and even then they dont come out clean and they even smell bad after clean cycle vortex wash . I used proper cleaning tabs and jet dry solution but the dishes do not come out clean. Glasses are foggy and smell bad. My old loud dishwasher cleaned much better then this new Insignia. Its suppose to have hard food disposer yet doesnt even remove left over sauce on a plate and all the dishes after clean cycle smell like food! Nothing like drinking milk out of a cup that smells like spaghetti sauce. So unhappy I will buy something else since I cant return this one just to have clean healthy dishes. Also make sure you arrange installation on your dishwasher purchase I was shocked when they dropped off and said ok sign here & here.... I was like are you going to install it and that was a flat out NO we dont install youll have to call to arrange that. I ordered a refrigerator, oven and dishwasher and they would not install dishwasher.... It was fairly easy to install when I finally had a day off to do so. Expensive lesson now I have to get rid of this Insignia dishwasher by paying to have it taken away cause no one in my family or friends wants dirty smelly dishes. I DO NOT recommend this product. Also the cup, plate and bowl holders are super short and close together unless your plates are super super thin they wont fit in most of the holders. Fork spoon and knife holder is ok but they also never come out clean and have dry stuck on food.

I think this dishwasher leaves a lot to be desired. It is hard to open or close the door without selecting a wash cycle or the child lock. If the washing settings are not on and you accidentally hit the child lock, you can’t start the washer. It is not intuitive to operate. Keep your manual handy. Also, the door goes down too far and the bottom rack keeps falling out or off track. It doesnt clean well.

brought this due to the price and features. After installing it leaked on my floor and gave an E! error. It was not draining the water. replaced with another one, and after 6 months the same thing. Geek Squad, brought the unit back and gave me a full refund. I now have a name brand and it works fine

The dish washer it self works great, but the control panel is hard to figure out.

This dishwasher is so quiet you can stand right next to it and the only way you know it's running is by the blue light it shines on the floor! Well worth the cost.

My wife really likes the quality for the price but took her a bit to figure out the odd dish placement on the racks. Buttons also have no feedback when touched. She got used to it and is starting to like it.

This thing cleans and dries your dishes. Was very easy to install. Way better than old dishwasher

I get an error code all the time. Often stops working for no apparent reason. No way to reset it without unplugging it and plugging it back in, which is great for an appliance that is screwed in under a cabinet. I ended up installing a smart outlet that I could reset on a remote and it works “ok”.

My old dishwasher was a Bosch and this insignia just couldn’t compare. I returned.

Have had the dishwasher for about a month now and so far has exceeded my expectations.

So far so good! Ive had bad luck with dishwashers but this one has been good, actually better than expected for the money.

Recently used the dishwasher and love all the settings. Still trying to get use to picking the cycle then closing the door within 4 seconds. Great product.

NEVER BUY INSIGNIA! Within 2 months of owning this I have had 2 service providers come out to try and fix it. Water pooling in the bottom of the dishwasher and stopping mid-cycle. Eventually convinced them to replace it with a different make machine. At the same time I also bought an Insignia fridge-freezer to keep in the garage which has also required 2 service visits and replacing with another make.
